School physical education is an important part of education,is an irreplaceable part of the quality education of students.In recent years,the standard of students' health and physique in China is decreasing,especially in some poor areas.Since the founding of the people's Republic of China more than 70 years ago,especially since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,with the deepening of the government's large-scale poverty alleviation and development,the scale of the poverty-stricken population has declined rapidly,and the remaining poverty-stricken population has begun to concentrate in the mountainous areas with poor resources.According to statistics,there are still 52 poverty-stricken counties in China that have not lifted their hats from poverty alleviation.Among many poverty alleviation projects,poverty alleviation through education has become the top priority of poverty alleviation in China.This study will take the situation of physical education in rural primary and secondary schools in Luoning County of Luoyang City as the research object,and take 600 students and 60 teachers in 20 primary and secondary schools in Luoning County of Luoyang City as the research object,and the subject director as the research object,and use the mature questionnaire to interview the research object,so as to collect their opinions and suggestions.To investigate and verify the situation of school physical education in local primary and secondary schools in Luoning County one by one,to understand the actual situation of school physical education,the results are as follows:(1)The physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Luoning County are weak,there are fewer full-time physical education teachers,and most of them are of high age.The workload of PE teachers is large,and their welfare is relatively low compared with that of culture teachers.Because of the impact of climate change in Luoning County,the students' physical education is often affected.At the same time,in the near test period,the students' PE courses are often occupied,which leads to a great discount in the actual opening rate of PE courses.Luoning County Rural Primary and secondary schools lack of sports facilities and venues,most sports equipment damaged can not be maintained in time,it is difficult to meet the daily use of teaching.At the same time,due to the limitation of venues and facilities,the content of physical education courses is relatively single,most of which are basic running and jumping sports.The richness of courses is insufficient,so it is difficult to mention the enthusiasm of students for physical education courses,and the quality of courses is not high.(2)The families in poverty-stricken counties in Luoning County have a relatively single economic income model and low economic income.For parents of students,there are biases against physical education courses.Most of them are still affected by traditional ideas.They think that physical education is a waste of time.They do not fully understand physical activities,which indirectly leads to parents' unwillingness to spend too much,which is not enough How many students should do farm work for their families(3)Luoning County Rural Primary and secondary schools lack of Professional PE teachers and coaches,there is no special guidance so that students do not know how to train.Affected by economic factors,the relevant departments and schools invest less in sports events,and there are less sports events in rural primary and secondary schools in Luoning County.(4)Luoning County is located in the western mountain area of Henan Province,where the road is blocked and the traffic is underdeveloped,the economic strength is not high,and the software strength of rural primary and secondary schools cannot keep up with it.The lack of opportunities for teachers and students to go out to study and exchange leads to the lack of sports science informationIn the key period of targeted poverty alleviation in Luoning County,it is the key to clarify the problems existing in the school physical education situation of poor counties,which is the accurate positioning,accurate identification and precise measures for the sustainable development of physical education in rural primary and secondary schools in Luoning County.
