Family and school are the important field of students' life and study,which play an irreplaceable role in students' development.Rural small-scale schools are usually located in remote and economically underdeveloped areas,and their schools and families have relatively weak capital.Through home-school cooperation,on the one hand,it can realize the maximization of capital utilization and centralization of advantages between rural small-scale schools and families;on the other hand,due to the small rural school students consciousness of family education,the education idea and education method is the key to rural small-scale school education quality improvement factor,and rural small schools with “small class,the smaller” and the characteristics of embedded in the village,parent-school cooperative has natural advantages,these advantages can't be matched by big schools,through the family school cooperation can achieve,improving the function of family education consciousness,ideas and methods.Taking 75 teachers and 360 parents of students from 9 rural small-scale schools in Shandong province as the research samples,this paper explores the current situation of home-school cooperation in rural small-scale schools from three dimensions of home-school cooperation consciousness,practice and effect through questionnaires and interviews.The survey found that: at present,there are relative absence of father's role,low participation of ordinary teachers and deviation of students' positioning in the home-school cooperation of small-scale rural schools.Parents pay more attention to students' grades;The application effect of the new cooperation method needs to be improved,and the application degree of professional tools is not high.Low frequency of home-school cooperation;The improvement degree of students' literacy needs to be deepened;The cooperation between teachers and parents is not deep enough.According to Bourdieu's capital theory,the lack of cultural capital in rural small-scale schools weakens the leading role of home-school cooperation.Family cultural capital is weak,which affects parents' right of speech and willingness to cooperate.The insufficient economic capital of schools and families limits the number of teachers to supplement,the purchase and use of professional tools,and the choice of parents' career field,which further affects the cooperation mode,frequency and participation of fathers.The lack of social capital in schools and families restricts the scale and quantity of social networks,which further affects the home-school cooperation process of small-scale rural schools and their ability to obtain external support.The improvement of home-school cooperation quality of small-scale rural schools should start from internal mechanism and external guarantee,and improve the effect of home-school cooperation by enhancing the cultural capital,economic capital and social capital of home-school cooperation.The internal mechanism through the establishment of the home-school cooperation evaluation system,the cooperation committee,the fund guarantee system,the parent committee system;According to the characteristics of the structure of rural children,the diversified cooperative contents should be constructed to pay more attention to the mental health,ideological and moral construction and good behavior of rural children.Relying on the advantage of "smallscale",we will deepen home-school cooperation,continue and deepen the traditional home-school cooperation,and develop and utilize the new home-school cooperation in the era of "Internet +".Build a training system that is led by experts and scholars,led by schools and reflected by parents,and improve the cultural capital of schools and families.External security safeguard parent-school cooperative funds,size and number of network expansion,namely by actively play the village school,the local normal university and local government in public service and professional guidance and policy support,improve the rural small schools and students family economic capital and social capital.
