Among many mental health problems, depression,as an important public health problem, has attracted more and more attention.Depression usually begins in adolescence.Depression in adolescence is under control and the risk of depression in adulthood is reduced. Therefore, adolescence is the best period for prevention and treatment of depression and needs to be focused on.Learning is an important field of psychological research, and reinforcement learning plays an important role in the cognitive process.Studies have shown that the decrease in the ability of adolescents suffering from depression in the learning process may be caused by the decrease in dopamine. This paper studies the behavioral differences between adolescents with high depressive tendency and normal group in intensive learning, adopts probability learning tasks, collects behavioral data of subjects, and analyzes whether there are differences in learning ability and learning style between adolescents with high depressive tendency and normal group. At the same time,it explores whether learning ability and learning style are affected by reward and punishment sensitivity, and explores the relationship between depression, reward and punishment sensitivity and learning ability and learning style. The results showed that the group with high depressive tendency showed differences in learning ability and learning style compared with the normal group. In terms of learning ability, the learning ability of the normal group is significantly higher than that of the group with high depressive tendency.Among the learning styles, the subjects in the group with high depressive tendency tended to punish the learning style, and were better at learning from punishment(evading punishment options),mostly punishing the learning style. However, the subjects in the normalgroup tended to learn by reward, and were better at learning from reward(repeated reward options),and were mostly reward learners. The mediating effect test shows that in the analysis of learning ability, depression degree cannot influence learning ability through reward sensitivity as a mediating variable, but punishment sensitivity can be used as a mediating variable between depression degree and learning ability. In the analysis of learning styles, logistic regression tests show that depression tendency and reward sensitivity can predict learning styles, but they cannot predict learning styles through punishment sensitivity. The study concluded that the degree of depression will affect people's learning ability and learning style. The learning ability of subjects with high depressive tendency is significantly lower than that of subjects with normal tendency.Subjects with normal tendency are more inclined to reward learning style, mostly reward learning style, while subjects with high depressive tendency are more inclined to punish learning style. At the same time, depression can affect learning ability through mediating variable punishment sensitivity. And reward sensitivity can predict the possibility of reward learning.
