With the reform of new curriculum and the revision of new textbooks on morality and rule of law in junior middle school,the spirit of collectivism has been paid more and more attention.Re-examine the spirit of collectivism,continue to innovate on the basis of inheritance,and strengthen the cultivation of the spirit of collectivism through the moral and legal courses in junior high school.The paper combined the existing the junior middle school thought moral character class standards(2011 edition)"(hereinafter referred to as the(2011))and the newly revised edition of morality and the rule of law textbook,and with reference to the general curriculum standards(2017 edition)" in the subject core literacy,combined with the education internship experience and lesson of morality and the rule of law in the early investigation and analysis of the status quo of collectivism spirit fosters morality and the rule of law analysis of junior high school class collective spirit to explore cultivation problems,explore the junior middle school moral lesson and the rule of law in strengthening students collectivism spirit strategy.In addition to the introduction,this paper is divided into three parts.The first part,collectivism,collectivism education,junior high school morality and rule of law lesson collectivism education related overview.Elaborated the definition of collectivism,the status and role,and define the collectivism education,combining with the spirit of the party and the country,important documents about collectivism education,curriculum(2011 edition)moral rule of morality and the rule of law texts and junior high school,junior high school class discipline education level examination on the content of the collectivism education,discussed the junior middle school moral lesson and the rule of collectivism spirit fosters meaning and mission.The second part analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of collectivism spirit in the moral and rule of law class in junior high school.Based on educational practice experience and field research,this paper found that at present,the cultivation of the collectivist spirit in themorality and rule of law class in junior middle school has achieved certain results.Junior middle school students have certain collectivist consciousness and behavior,and teachers are basically capable of cultivating the students' collectivist spirit.But in actual collectivist spirit fosters there are still some problems and challenges,mainly displays in the student the individualism,small groups still exist,part of the students' weak collective idea,collectivism spirit cultivation level needs to improve,some families collectivism education absence,etc.,the existence of these problems due to the influence of the exam-oriented education idea,network over-hyped individualism affect students value judgment and choice,teachers' teaching level needs to improve,collectivism spirit fosters teaching evaluation mechanism to be perfect.The key content of this paper is the strategy of strengthening the cultivation of collectivism spirit in the moral and rule of law course of junior high school.It includes improving teachers' cognition of cultivating students' collectivism spirit,and increasing ideological and political teachers' attention to and participation in collectivism education.In the process of teaching to foster students' spirit of collectivism,first of all reflect emphasize collectivism spirit training in the teaching target establishment,improve students' core accomplishment,second,accurate choice collectivism education material,again,adhere to the leading process,using the rich variety of teaching methods,finally,pay attention to cooperative learning,building activity type discipline curriculum;Strengthen the cultivation of collectivism spirit in extracurricular activities,organize school-based practice activities and carry out socialized practice activities;To improve the evaluation system of cultivating students' collectivism spirit,including the diversification of evaluation subjects and the diversification of evaluation methods;The school,family and society should play a joint role to build a new community of junior high school students and effectively utilize the network education function of new media.
