Teaching and research activity is an important way for teachers to solve practical classroom teaching problems,improve teaching level,improve teaching quality and promote their own professional development.It is a good opportunity for physical education teachers to carry out physical education teaching and research activities.A good sports teaching and research activity can not only promote the professional development of physical education teachers and the improvement of their professional qualities,but also promote the professional development of physical education teachers and promote their own professional development.It can also promote the all-round development of students.In recent years,with the improvement of the national attention to the school physical education and the deepening of the new curriculum reform,it has put forward a severe test for the professional development and professional accomplishment of the physical education teachers.How can we bring it into play? The important role of PE teaching and research activities has made the quality of PE teaching and research activities obviously improved,and it has become an urgent problem to be solved at present.Therefore,the research and analysis of the effective participation of middle school physical education teachers in physical education and research activities and draw a conclusion,for physical education teachers to participate in sports teaching and research activities to provide some feasible references and suggestions.Through questionnaire survey and interview,73 middle school physical education teachers in Xingxian County,Lanxian County and Liulin County were analyzed and studied on the effectiveness of participating in teaching and research activities,mainly from the middle school physical education teachers' cognition of physical education teaching and research activities.The form of physical education teachers' participation in teaching and research activities in middle schools,the frequency of teaching and research activities in schools,and the selection of the contents of teaching and research activities,The system of teaching and research activities as well as the existing problems and influencing factors of teaching and research activities are deeply studied on the real effect of physical education teachers' participation in teaching and research activities in middle schools.Through theinvestigation and research,the conclusion is as follows:(1)physical education teachers do not know enough about the teaching and research activities.(2)the form of physical education teachers' participation in teaching and research activities is relatively single,which affects the enthusiasm of physical education teachers to participate in teaching and research activities,thus reducing the effectiveness of teaching and research activities;(3)physical education teachers have less time to participate in teaching and research activities,and there is not enough time for each activity;(4)the content of teaching and research activities is out of track with the reality,and the arrangement is unreasonable,which can not promote the professional development of physical education teachers very well;(5)the system of teaching and research activities is not perfect and standard,so the effectiveness of teaching and research activities is not guaranteed.This study is based on the practical effect of the participation of middle school physical education teachers in teaching and research activities in Xingxian,Lanxian and Liulin counties.In order to improve the effectiveness of Luliang middle school physical education teachers' participation in teaching and research activities,this paper puts forward some suggestions:(1)strengthening the awareness of physical education teachers' active participation in teaching and research activities(2)clarifying the theme of teaching and research activities;Selection of practical teaching and research contents(3)formulation of specific physical education and research activities plan(4)Establishment of a perfect evaluation system of physical education and research activities to ensure the objective and reasonable evaluation(5)enrich the form of physical education teaching and research activities...
