In recent years,with the development of preschool education,people has paid more attention to the quality of preschool education,as the key and core of its process quality—teacher-child interaction has also attracted the attention of researchers at home and abroad.Good teacher-child interaction plays an important role in the professional development of kindergarten teachers,the overall development of children’s body and mind,and the improvement of kindergarten care quality.Some studies have discussed the teacher-child interaction behavior in five fields of kindergarten teaching activities and daily life activities,but there are few studies on teacher-child interaction behavior in outdoor physical education teaching activities in kindergartens.Secondly,due to the imbalance in the structure of teachers in kindergartens Teachers’ gender role orientation deviation and so on.Therefore,this study explores the differences of teachers of different genders in outdoor physical education activities in middle class from the perspective of teacher-child interaction,and enriches the contents of related research fields.Based on the needs of the research,four middle class teachers and two male and female teachers were selected to collect and observe the high quality video of outdoor physical education activities of children in the middle class,and to encode 480 teacher-child interactive behavior events.The data were analyzed and processed by SPSS22.0.First of all,through the description and analysis of the overall situation of the teacher-child interaction and the gender differences of teachers in the middle class outdoor sports teaching activities,it is found that:in the subject of teacher-child interaction,according to the proportion of children initiating interaction in outdoor physical education teaching activities in kindergartens,male teachers are significantly higher than female teachers;in the content of teacher-child interaction,teacher-child interaction is initiated by young children In terms of content,the proportion of young children initiating interaction with male teachers is significantly lower than that of female teachers in seeking guidance and help,asking,requesting,seeking attention and comfort,while the proportion of young children initiating interaction with male teachers is significantly higher than that of female teachers in expressing interactive content.What’s more,combined with interviews,it is found that teachers’ own gender role cognition and personality characteristics,kindergarten culture and training system,college curriculum and social environment will all affect the differences of teacher-child interaction between teachers of different genders in outdoor physical education activities in middle-class kindergartens Impact.Based on this,this study puts forward some feasible suggestions:first,teachers should face up to gender roles and seek their own bisexual development;second,the garden should perfect the management mechanism and innovate teachers’professional training;third,colleges and universities should strengthen the development of sex.
