Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Crisis Management In Secondary Vocational Schools In South Of Jiangsu

Since the beginning of the last century,the development of secondary vocational schools has gradually declined.Nowadays,campus crisis incidents occur frequently in secondary vocational schools,mainly focusing on campus violence,student crisis and so on,which makes the development of secondary vocational schools difficult.Secondary vocational schools are the main body of Vocational Education in China,bearing the mission of training a large number of skilled personnel and high-quality workers for the society.The development of secondary vocational schools is directly related to the fate of large numbers of skilled social workers and laborers.In this paper,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 400 students and 100 faculty members in 10 secondary vocational schools in southern Jiangsu.This paper analyzes the current situation and causes of crisis management in secondary vocational schools,and combines the crisis management situation of Wuzhong secondary school where the author works.At the same time,it also analyzes the mature experience of campus crisis management in the United States and Japan.Therefore,in view of the problems existing in the campus emergency management of secondary vocational schools,combined with the actual situation of each school,public governance,crisis management and other multi-angle theoretical basis,we should specifically improve the early warning mechanism,emergency plans,build information systems,improve the emergency mechanism and coordination mechanism of various agencies.We should deal with all kinds of problems in crisis management of secondary vocational schools.Under the background of vigorously developing vocational education in our country,we should do a good job in campus crisis management,rebuild the confidence of the society in secondary vocational schools,seek development in crisis,survive in difficulties,especially how to do so.
