China's Secondary Vocational Schools Crisis Management Issues And Countermeasures Research

Since the end of last century, the development of the vocational schools in China has declined gradually, and there are a lot of difficulties for many vocational schools to survive or develop. Moreover, for some vocational schools, it is worse because of more and more school crisis. Nowadays, it has been a very important issue for the vocational schools to grasp the opportunity to strengthen themselves under the condition of the nation policy. Crisis management has been carried out in the vocational schools, and this helps the vocational schools to defuse the crisis at a very fast speed, to reduce the crisis to a minimum. The vocational schools should draw the conclusion after each crisis, and it can provide proof for crisis management in the future.In this paper, the author made a research and survey about the current crisis situation and crisis management in the vocational schools of China, and then using the domestic and foreign experts'achievement, the author analyzed the crisis and the crisis management, and pointed out the main problem, then came up with the ideas and principles of dealing with the crisis management. The paper tells us the following points:First, aiming at the actual situation and its own characteristics of the vocational schools, the author explained the background of the selected topic and comb out the research situation of campus crisis management of domestic and aboard, accordingly came up with the meaning of the research and established the research method.Second, the author combed out some concepts related the crisis of the vocational schools, including definition and classification of crisis of the vocational schools. The author analyzed the phase partition theory and the mode of the crisis management. Combing the concept and theoretical analysis laid a theoretical foundation for the following exposition.Third, after conducting the investigation of present situation of the crisis and crisis management of the vocational schools, the author analyzed and pointed out the main problem which existed in crisis management of the vocational schools and probed into the reason why the problem existed.At last, combining the present situation of the crisis and crisis management of the vocational schools with the experience of crisis management of other kinds of schools, the author brought up the principles and basic countermeasures for crisis management of vocational schools. The vocational school's crisis management principle was: the safety of the first principle, the principle of institutionalized prior to prevent and guard against the principle of day-to-day training, rapid response principles and the principle of timely and effective communication. The basic crisis management measures were: to strengthen crisis management system, the crisis in the ability to cultivate, improve the information communication mechanism and implementation of crisis management evaluation mechanisms.
