Since the end of last century, the development of the vocational school has come down. Iit led to so much hidden-crisis. The management is the most important part in the whole school work.. The vocational school can't develop normally if it hasn't the exact mechanism of management . the purpose of the paper is to indruduce a new idea of management ,crisis management,and hope to give some advice to the vocational school to make developing policy.
