In recent years,the knowledge-paying industry has risen rapidly,and after an explosive growth,it has gradually entered an adjustment period.At present,user research on the knowledge payment field mainly focuses on the user's willingness to pay and user behavior,and there are few studies on user experience.In addition,the main research has focused on the knowledge payment question and answer platform,and less attention has been paid to audio courses.In order to make up for this research vacancy,this paper studies the user experience in the knowledge paid audio course.This paper first analyzes the characteristics of the knowledge-paid audio course based on the inquiry community model.On the basis of exploring the community model,the two factors of price and platform are introduced,and the research model of the influencing factors of user experience is constructed.Then,according to the grounded theory,the high-frequency words in the positive and negative comments of the users are classified,so that the commonality and difference of the user experience under different course categories and the factors affecting the user experience are studied.The study found that in addition to the teaching presence,social presence,cognitive presence,price,and platform proposed by the research model,users and other programs also have an impact on the user experience,with the greatest impact on teaching.In the positive user evaluation,the user is very satisfied with the quality of the course content and the teacher's teaching,and has gained certain gains in the learning;according to the type of the course,the user's experience in the course content,user attitude,voice,communication group There are certain differences in other aspects.In the negative user evaluation,the influence of teaching on the user experience is the most prominent,accounting for 59.78%;the influence of social existence is second,mainly because the user's social presence is not strong;the price influence is greater than the cognitive existence.The impact of the platform,users and other programs has also affected the user experience,but the impact is small.Finally,based on the conclusions of the research,the development suggestions and countermeasures of the knowledge-paid audio course are proposed.
