With the development of mobile information technology and the influence and promotion of MOOC in the field of education,mobile MOOC learning has received more and more attention.APP(application)as the main way of mobile learning,the integration with MOOC breaks through the limitations of learning time and space.The increasing number of mobile MOOC learning apps has made the previous research on MOOC webpages not used to guide the design of mobile MOOC platforms.The low completion rate of MOOC platforms also indicates that the platform may have user experience and other issues.Users of the MOOC platform,its platform user experience will become an important starting point for MOOC construction.To this end,exploring how to improve the learning experience of mobile MOOC learners through MOOC learning APP user experience optimization will become the main problem and purpose of this research.This study is based on the learner's perspective,based on user experience theory,behaviorism theory,and constructivism theory.The user experience "cellular model" is used as the basic framework to construct MOOC learning APP experience evaluation index,and comprehensive use of interview method and questionnaire survey method.Investigate the user experience of the “Chinese University MOOC” learning APP,and analyze the user experience problems of the “Chinese University MOOC” learning APP according to the research results,and propose an optimization strategy for the MOOC mobile learning APP experience.The survey results show that:(1)Most of the learners of the Chinese University MOOC study APP have higher education,and most of them are students in school;(2)Learner personal factors such as gender,age and number of courses are different in user experience.There are significant differences at the level.(3)"Chinese University MOOC" learning APP has low participation in the discussion area;the evaluation function is not perfect;the individualized learning mode is lacking;the platform stability is not good;the learning schedule is not clear;the lack of attention to barrier-free design Personal privacy protection has security risks;the curriculum lacks user experience issues such as quality supervision.And for the "Chinese University MOOC" learning APP user experience status and problems to propose optimization strategies: usefulness level,strengthen the discussion area construction,establish real-time interactive functions;improve assessment and evaluation functions,and enrich the assessment mechanism.The usability level,establish a personalized learning model,create a humanized interactive platform;strengthen platform server construction and enhance system stability.At the level of searchability,the navigation classification is clear,respecting the user's usage habits;improving the learning schedule and clarifying the learning process.Accessibility level,focus on accessible learning,meet lifelong learning needs;credibility level,protect user privacy,improve platform credibility;satisfaction level,pay attention to curriculum quality supervision,improve curriculum interest;pay attention to learning experience,bear educational value And other optimization strategies.This research has certain reference and reference significance for the research and development of MOOC learning APP user experience.
