Long-term attention to the career development of graduate students is of great significance to the reform of college training mode.In an age of knowledge is the national economy,the country's competitiveness is mainly embodied in as much as possible in order to improve the quality and technological talent,a graduate student of the school culture conditions for career development after graduation,has a direct influence to promote the quality of graduate education in colleges and universities should pay attention to,so as to cultivate the high-quality talents,and improve the quality of professional development,therefore,attach importance to the quality of graduate student professional development to improve is the primary task of graduate education.In the outline of the national medium-and long-term plan for education reform and development(2010-2020),the higher education has clearly proposed to improve the quality and comprehensively improve the quality of higher education and personnel training.This study firstly summarized the relationship between the quality of career development and factors of on-campus cultivation by consulting and reading relevant literatures on the relationship between the quality of career development and factors of on-campus cultivation,Secondly,according to the research content of the previous chapter,the relationship between the quality of career development and school training is sorted out,and a questionnaire is designed.The questionnaire is designed by referring to the research of relevant scholars,and the designed questionnaire is issued to graduate students after consulting experts,teachers and students.Finally recycling questionnaire,to eliminate invalid questionnaire,and will be effective information into the questionnaire statistical software,using the factor analysis to dimension reduction of item one by one,again carries on the descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis and so on a series of data analysis,aims to Chongqing a university academic master degree graduates career development and culture factors in the school system,research on the culture influences on graduate career development after graduation.Through empirical analysis,this study shows that the factors of school education are mainly composed of five cultivation factors,including "practical training practice,course teaching,challenging research,effectiveness concern and career orientation".Career development quality by income,job title,job,career development prospects,social contribution,etc.To express,delving into various cultivation factors on the income,job title,job,career development prospects,social contribution "professional development in indexes such as the influence situation,Based on the research results,the author puts forward corresponding Suggestions and countermeasures for improving the quality of the career development of academic masters,and puts forward constructive Suggestions and Suggestions for the reform of the training mode of postgraduates.
