In China, educational technology is set as an independent subject, some universities even build a department for it, this phenomenon has never been existed in the USA, where educational technology was born. Educational technology develops so rapidly, it is one of the very subject that "born late but promote fast", and for a time it is regarded as a strategy to thrive our nation and to flourish our education business, what’s more, a complete fabric including bachelor, master and doctor has been contributed, then the development about the subject of educational technology’s scope and speed is actually boomed.The master of the educational technology subject need to possess the capability on both the stronger basic knowledge like the bachelors and the primarily ability to study and innovate academy like the doctors. Therefore, they are so crucial in the whole fabric of the educational technology subject. They are not only the explorer, but also the potential power to promote a subject, who are very important to the future of the educational technology.However, in recent years, the approval from the society becomes lower than before and the employment rate about the educational technology masters decreases persistently, the debate on whether the subject of educational technology should be existed in educational field gets hotter and hotter. When it comes to its reason, the most important one is that educational technology masters’knowledge, technology and innovation ability can not meet the society’s demand, which leads to the previous tragedy. The cultivating mode about educational technology master become a focus now, which generates a discussion as follows:Chapter1, introduction. Describes the research background, significance, research review, research ideas, research methods, the paper’s innovation, and discriminates related concepts in the paper.Chapter2,the birth of the educational technology and the recent development situation on the American’s subject of educational technology. Analysis is began from the beginning when educational technology was born, through the analysis about its history background, development or evolvement process, then give the core of this subject an exact orientation, in addition, explain its value and significance. At the same time, introduce and analysis the American’s six universities’cultivating mode about education technology master, because these universities always enjoy a high elevation from the public;Chapter3,the development of educational technology in China. Looking at the history, our educational technology appears comparatively special, it is not originated fully from the American but elevate on the base of our primary electrical education, after many years of elevation, it becomes today’s educational technology eventually, the scope and the speed of it is really an astonishing thing;Chapter4, cultivating mode about education technology master in Chinese universities. Select8universities who have an outstanding achievement as the samples, analysis concretely about their each enrollment stuff, cultivating aim, curriculum setting, cultivating manner and quantity evaluation, for the sake of getting a whole grasp about the present cultivating mode about education technology master in China;Chapter5,the building of "professional+excellence" dual system cultivating mode. By using the Germany’s dual system cultivating mode, and rebuild a new one on the base of it:the idea of "professional+excellence" dual system cultivating mode about education technology professional master.
