Obesity is already a chronic disease all over the world.Studying how to improve the body composition and prevent diseases of obese adults is a topic of concern to most people today. In this paper,we conducted a group experiment on young women who had exercise experience, body fat percentage >30% overweight or obesity, and compared the effects of different sequential training methods of "HIIT" and "aerobic" exercise on body shape and body composition.Whether HIIT+ aerobics is more effective than “oxygen+HIIT” provides more effective training programs and scientific fitness awareness for young women who have exercised overweight or obesity.Subjects were subjected to exercise intervention using literature, experimental and mathematical statistics to test body weight,BMI,waist circumference, hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio, body fat percentage, lean body mass, resting heart rate and FMS before and after intervention. The index data were compared vertically and horizontally to analyze the difference between the “HIIT+aerobic” exercise and the“aerobic+HIIT” exercise on body shape, body composition, resting heart rate and FMS joint function. The study subjects were 10 young women who had exercise experience, good physical health,no history of injury, normal respiratory system, cardiovascular system, endocrine system,FMS screening score ≥ 14 points, and body fat percentage >30%..The subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups: group A: "HIIT + aerobic" exercise group;group B: "aerobic + HIIT" exercise group, exercise intervention for 4weeks.The training content and time of the two groups are the same. The total time of each training is 1 hour. The aerobic time is 40 minutes to 60%-70% of the target heart rate intensity;the HIIT is 20 minutes to 80%-90%.The target heart rate intensity was performed, each group lasted for less than 4 minutes, and the interval between groups was about 1 minute for self-regulation and recovery.Intensity monitoring was performed using a Garmin heart rate monitor,an RPE scale, and a pulse test immediately after a single workout.Result:(1)Body shape indicators: After exercise intervention, group A “HIIT+ aerobic”body weight and BMI were lower than before intervention(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in waist circumference, hip circumference and waist-to-hip ratio.Group B “has There was no significant difference in body shape between oxygen +HIIT.(2)Body composition indicators: After exercise intervention, there was no significant difference in body fat percentage and lean body mass of group A in “HIIT+aerobic”;there was no significant difference in body fat rate and lean body mass of group B “aerobic + HIIT”..(3)Quiet heart rate indicators: Through two aspects of training,in addition to having a certain impact on body fat reduction,it also has an impact on the subject's resting heart rate,so the subject's resting heart rate decreased by an average of 4.3%.However,the reduction of the resting rate of “HIIT+ aerobic” in group A was lower than that before exercise(P<0.05).(4)FMS joint function indicators: After exercise intervention,in addition to the significant improvement in core stability, the other indicators of shoulder, hip, knee, ankle joint flexibility and stability and pre-intervention test indicators did not change much.Research conclusion: After 4 weeks of exercise intervention(1)Two different sequential combination training methods have certain effects on fat reduction in young women who have had exercise experience, but there is no significant difference between the two methods in reducing fat loss(P>0.05).(2)There were no significant differences in the improvement of joint function between FMS in obese young women who had exercise experience(P>0.05),but had a certain influence on the improvement of core function.(3)Two different sequential training methods have a certain effect on the reduction of resting heart rate in obese women who have had exercise experience.Group A is better than group B,and there is significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).
