Body composition is a general term for the composition of tissues,organs and other components of the human body.The presence of a reasonable proportion of body components is of great significance for maintaining the nutritional and health status of the organism.Body composition can not only assess the health and physical status of female college students,but also reflect obesity.This study intends to explore the influence of fitness exercise intervention on the body composition of female college students through fitness exercise intervention,and provide a reliable basis for female college students to exercise choices,in order to improve the health level of female college students.In this study,50 female college students from Chongqing University were used as experimental subjects by means of literature,experimental methods and mathematical statistics.The subjects were divided into experimental group and control group,with 25 people in each group.The experimental group was given 16 weeks,once a week of regular physical education and 3 times a week of fitness running exercise intervention,each intervention lasted 90 minutes;the control group was given 16 weeks of regular physical education,once a week 90 minutes each class.And the body shape indicators(waist-to-hip ratio,body mass index),body fat content,body fat percentage,body fat loss,soft body weight,total body water,basal metabolism,total energy consumption,7 body indicators Make measurements.The measurement time was measured before the experimental intervention(0 weeks),the experimental intervention was measured(8 weeks),and the experimental intervention was measured(16 weeks).The data measured by the experiment were analyzed by paired sample T test using SPSS22.0 statistical software.The main experimental results are as follows:(1)The waist-to-hip ratio and body mass index after 16 weeks of measurement results showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).The waist-to-hip ratio and body mass index of the experimental group decreased by 4.05% and 8.13,respectively.%,the waist-to-hip ratio and body mass index of the control group decreased by 1.33% and 0.84%,respectively.(2)The left upper limb and the right upper limb in the fat content of various parts of the body,the test results after 16 weeks did not differ between the experimental group and the control group.Among them,the body fat content of the experimental group decreased by 7.7% in the test results,and the control group decreased by 0.42%.There was a difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).The fat content of the left lower limb of the experimental group decreased by 10.63% in the test result,and the control group decreased by 0.41%.The fat content of the right lower limb of the experimental group decreased by 14.35% in the test result,and the control group decreased by 0.97%.There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01).(3)In the test results of body fat percentage,the experimental group decreased by 14.72%,and the control group decreased by 4.83%.There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01).(4)In the various parts of the body,the left upper limb and the right upper limb were removed from the soft fat body.After 16 weeks,there was no difference between the experimental group and the control group.Among them,the experimental group's torso soft weight increased by 6.9%,and the control group increased by 0.5%.There was a difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the soft fat weight of the left lower extremity increased by 10.3% in the test results,and the control group increased by 1.5%.In the experimental group,the soft fat weight of the right lower extremity increased by 11% in the test results,while the control group increased by 1.2%.There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01).(5)There was no difference between the experimental group and the control group in the total body water,basal metabolism and total energy consumption test results(P>0.05).Analysis conclusion:(1)The 16-week fitness training intervention has a significant effect on improving the waist-to-hip ratio and body mass index(BMI)of female college students' body shape indicators.The 16-week fitness running exercise intervention has a significant effect on improving the waist-to-hip ratio and body mass index(BMI)of female college students' body shape indicators.(2)The fitness training intervention of 16 has no obvious effect on the improvement of fat content and fat-removing weight of female upper left limb and upper right limb of female college students;the improvement of fat content and fat-removing soft weight of trunk,left lower limb and right lower limb is significant;torso The fat content of the left lower limb and the lower right limb is reduced,and the fat and soft weight are increased.(3)The 16-week fitness training intervention has a significant effect on reducing the percentage of body fat in female college students.(4)The 16-week fitness training intervention had no significant intervention effect on the total water,basal metabolism and total energy consumption of female college students.
