| Statistics of the latest national physical fitness test show that the physical fitness of college students in our country is in a downward trend,especially female college students stand for long jump,800 meter run and so on.In recent years,jazz dance cheer leading has been carried out relatively well in colleges and universities.This study uses jazz dance cheer leading as a tool to develop intervention programs.To test the effect of this method on the changes of female college students ’body composition and provide experimental evidence for female college students’ effective exercise.Using the methods of documentation,expert interview,experiment and comparison,this paper takes 80 female college students from physics and information technology Institute of Shaanxi Normal University(SNNU)as the experimental subjects,and uses the weekly public elective course and two additional classes to train participants in jazz dance for 17 weeks.The body composition,body circumference,subcutaneous fat thickness and body quality of jazz dance during the 17 weeks before and after training were tested.Results:After 17 weeks of jazz dance cheer leading training,the analysis of the results showed that the body weight index,body fat,body fat percentage,obesity rate,the training intervention after the numerical indicators were significantly reduced.There were no significant differences in fat weight,basal metabolic rate,electrical impedance,minerals,intracellular fluid content,extracellular fluid content and body moisture content.Body mass index(BMI),muscle mass,protein content,health evaluation score were significantly increased.The index of the circumference of upper arm,waist,thigh and calf were reduced obviously after training intervention.The index of the circumference of the chest,hip and the training intervention after the training all increased obviously.Subcutaneous fat thickness of shoulder blade,chest subcutaneous fat thickness,arm subcutaneous fat thickness,abdomen subcutaneous fat thickness,large leg subcutaneous fat thickness,after training intervention,the numerical index decreased significantly.The three physical quality indexes of sit-up,long jump and sit-down were significantly improved after training.The results showed that female college students had significantly improved their body composition through 17 weeks of jazz dance.According to the experimental data,jazz cheer leading training eliminates excess body fat and reduces body circumference,improves waist-to-hip ratio,makes the body more curved,shape symmetry.Jazz cheer leading training can make female college students increase muscle content and body moisture,so that the health evaluation score to improve,shape good body.To the lumbar abdominal muscle muscle strength,muscle endurance by the obvious enhancement of female college students flexibility,enhance coordination of action.Make its body shape to health,strength and beauty.It is revealed that jazz dance cheer leading in universities plays a good role in improving the health of female college students. |
