Based on the theoretical research of the linear mixed model and the generalized linear mixed model, and taking the influence of education, medical and social welfare on China's economy as the thinking direction, this paper extracts the county GDP statistics data of 2070 county units in the 2014,2015,2016 and 2017 China county statistical yearbook(county and city volume),"regional GDP",Statistics on education, health and social security: "the number of students in ordinary secondary schools","the number of students in secondary vocational education schools","the number of students in primary schools","the number of beds in medical and health institutions","the number of adoption units for various social benefits","the number of beds in adoption units for various social benefits",and a linear mixed model was established for them: to study the impact of education, health and social security on county GDP.Then, under the social background of vigorously implementing the poverty alleviation strategy and realizing the goal of "building a well-off society in an all-round way by 2020",the classification variable of "whether it is a poor county" is further introduced, and a generalized linear mixed model is tentatively established: exploring the relationship between education, health and social security and "whether it is a poor county".The research in this paper focuses on people's livelihood issues concerning education, medical and social welfare. The research content reflects to a certain extent the basic situation of education, medical, social welfare and regional GDP in all provinces, cities and counties in China.Through the modeling results of the linear mixed model,we find that the factors of education, medical, social welfare in this paper have significant positive effects on the regional GDP,and the results of this paper show that, for the time being, the positive effect of general secondary education on the regional economic development is greater than that of vocational secondary education.Based on the generalized linear mixed model, the discussion and analysis of the relationship between education, medical, social welfare and "whether or not it is a poor county" will,to a certain extent, help to promote the discussion of the factors causing poverty in poor counties and the future construction and development direction of poor counties in our country. At the same time, the strong impact points identified in themodel in this paper are the key work counties in our county's economic development, learning experience or insufficient improvement.
