A Study Of College Counselors' Media Literacy On The New Era

With the advent of the media society,people can "stay at home and know the worl d".The widespread accessibility and application of media,especially by contemporary c ollege students,has posed new challenges to the ideological and political education wor k of college counselors.Under this newly-evolved social background,it is an urgent iss ue for college counselors to "change things according to The Times,advance due to the trend and be new",follow the pace of The Times and use media to carry out work,enha nce the ability of using media,and improve their own media literacy.Such an approach,in turn,enables educators to positively and constructively guide college students' media literacy and ideas.Papers for college counselors as the main research object,on the basis of literature research,through questionnaire investigation and comparative research on local media l iteracy of university counselors,application of questionnaire investigation about the pre sent situation of part of the media literacy of university counselors,found the problem fr om the status quo and analysis problem,find out the reason of affecting local media liter acy of university counselors,and put forward for improving local university counselors media aspects of the countermeasures and Suggestions.The media literacy of college counselors is studied from five parts.First,The research background and significance of this paper are described in detailThen,This paper mainly discusses the composition of college counselors' media literacy,which is also the focus of it.And then,This paper expounds the media literacy with the method of literature review,elaborates on the relationship between counselors and media literacy,compares and analyzes the methods of comparative research,theoretical integration analysis,questionnaire survey and so on,and determines the questionnaire survey method adopted in this study.Next,This paper systematically analyzes the questionnaire results of media literacy of college counselors,systematically evaluates the media literacy level of college counselors from the aspects of media awareness,morality,cognition and ability,and deeply analyzes the existing problems to find out the crux.Finally,Starting from the above status quo and reasons,this paper proposes the basic objectives and principles for the improvement of college counselors' media literacy,as well as the feasibility analysis of the path from the macro,medium and micro levels.
