Parent-child Communication Research On Family Of Depressed Patients From The Method Of Case Work

A family of people with depression refers to a member of the family who has a disease of depression.Family members spend lots of time and efforts on patient care for the treatment and rehabilitation.For people with depression who are incapacitated,they can't be the source of their homes,and the burden of maintaining their families falls on their partners.Exhausted by physical,psychological and economic pressures,parents often neglect communication with their children.Due to the lack of methods and techniques for parent-child communication,family members are prone to communication frictions,which leads to conflicts in parent-child communication.This paper investigates the frequency,communication topics and communication modes of family parent-child communication in depression patients,summarizes the problems existing in parent-child communication of this family,analyzes the root causes of the problems,and provides solutions to alleviate the contradiction between parent-child communication in this family.Not only can social work methods be used to solve social problems,but also help to enrich the service areas of social work.This paper takes the children with depression and their children as the research object,based on the Satay family treatment model,and uses the professional methods and techniques of social work such as interviews and observations to investigate the C family in Wuhan.The purpose is to guide family members to actively think about the status and problems of their parent-child communication.Social workers help them analyze the causes of problems,teach them parent-child communication skills,and help them improve their ability to solve problems independently while solving Parent-child communication problems.The article is divided into four parts.The first,mainly introduces the research background and research significance.Based on the summary of domestic and foreign research results,this case are proposed that the theoretical basis and practical research methods.The second,through a survey of families of depression patients in five communities,it is concluded that there are few communication problems in the parent-child communication,the content of communication is limited,and the communication mode is single,and the pressure and verbal expression from family members Habits and cognitive analysis of the causes of family parent-child communication problems in patients with depression;the third,the specific service process of the author to carry out a case work,including the author's investigation of the basic situation of family members of depression,fully respecting the service Determine the needs of the family members and the objectives of the case work,formulate and implement the corresponding service plan,and finally evaluate the service after the case is over.Finally,there are summary and reflection,the author on the social work methods to solve the family of patients with depression Suggestions on parent-child communication issues,summed up the service effect of this case and considered the shortcomings in the service process.
