Case Work Intervention Study On The Parent-Child Communication In Migrant Families

Parent-child communication is a parent-child activity in which parents and children share their experience of talking with each other,bridging the gap between each other’s ideas and practices,and promoting a happy relationship.With the acceleration of the urbanization process,the number of families with accompanying residents has been increasing year by year,and the problem of parent-child communication with accompanying residents has become one of today’s hot social problems,how to solve this problem is also an important part of social work and social concern.Firstly,this study sorted out the research with parents at home and abroad through literature method.Guided by family system theory,social learning theory and ABC theory,this study adopted case work method,one of the three major methods of social work,and took parents with parents in X community of Qingdao City as the case study object.Through the form of questionnaires and interviews to understand the Qingdao X community trailing family parent-child communication present situation and the demand,the use of professional social work six universal service process,set out in its own demand for director family personalized service plan,improve the director family the bad situation of parent-child communication,strengthen the benign interaction between the parents and children,establish a healthy and harmonious parenthood.There are some problems in parent-child communication,such as unitary communication content,low communication frequency and lack of communication skills.In order to change this problem,this paper takes Qingdao three trailing parents as a case of X community service object,according to the family problems and needs,trailing family parent-child communication problems can be divided into single communication problems,lack of role problem and contradiction conflict type three categories,according to the characteristics of different design targeted intervention programme,Through the three groups of families with parent-child communication problems to carry out social work intervention and verify the effectiveness of the intervention program.It has been proved that the case work in improving the current situation of parent-child communication in the accompanying family.Put forward effective suggestions on how to solve the problem of parent-child communication in the families with family members,it is hoped that this study can provide some experience for the improvement of parent-child communication in other areas.
