It is a common phenomenon that the evaluation behaviour of teachers to students in primary teaching,meanwhile,it is the bilateral activity important form between teachers and students.The implement of teaching is closed to evaluation behaviour,and incentive evaluation behaviour plays an important part in it and is meaningful for student development.However,based on the researched and actual class teaching,the research about primary teacher incentive evaluation behaviour is less,and there are some questions in it.Based on it,this paper mainly chooses the incentive behaviour of primary teachers as research subjects,taking documentary method and observational method.By researching documentary to find the connation,feature,function of incentive evaluation,meanwhile,choosing four teachers to observe their class,the observation concludes the inappropriate behaviour of language,character,posture,object.Based on the situation of describing the beaviour of teacher incentive evaluation,analyzing the incentive behaviour problem of the imbalance in language,character,body language,object and etc.To solve this issues,designing the suitable incentive evaluation optimizing strategy ‘degree’in ‘easy to open mouth’,the ‘love’ in ‘humanization in character’,the ‘person’ in ‘taken to strat work’,the ‘thinking’ in ‘to load volunteers’ and etc.
