Education is not only a technology,but also an art.And the art of education is embodied in it is not only to impart ability,but also in the process to inspire curiosity,awaken people to the heart of the quest of truth.Many education experts at home and abroad have attached great importance to motivate,appreciated the idea of students.Will be introduced to the incentive strategy in classroom teaching,to effectively stimulate students interest in learning,awaken their learning motivation,create a harmonious relationship between teachers and students is of great significance.In order to more effectively arouse pupils' learning motivation,the author put forward by American Florida professor keller' s ARCS incentive model as the theoretical foundation,has carried on the research of the elementary school language classroom teaching.First of all,the author made clear the important role of incentive strategy of teaching practice,and the importance of study motivation incentive strategy;Then collected for ARCS motivation incentive model of the existing research results at home and abroad,and on this basis summarizes the concrete implementation steps of ARCS model.Next the author through questionnaires and interview after class,find out the possibility of ARCS model applied in the primary school Chinese teaching,according to the four elements of ARCS model put forward the "Attention" "Relevance""Confidence" "Satisfied" four aspects of Chinese teaching incentive strategy,and surrounding ARCS incentive model design for a senior Chinese teaching case,in order to help improve teachers' teaching methods,in a line of work for the future stimulate students' learning motivation,the more effective teaching results.After two months of teaching practice,the author through the collected data analysis again,ARCS incentive model indeed can effectively improve the students' learning motivation,with reference to the general education workers should learn.
