The postdoctoral talent funding policy originated from the University of Hopkins in 1876.Under the active advocacy of Chinese physicist Mr.Li Zhengdao,Comrade Deng Xiaoping personally made a decision.In 1985,the Chinese postdoctoral talent support policy was officially implemented in China.China's post-doctoral talent support policy has been implemented for 33 years.This talent policy is to select and train outstanding young high-level talents,strengthen academic exchanges at home and abroad,promote talent flow and create high-level scientific research results,and attract outstanding doctoral students to return to China.Many aspects have played an important role.Many post-doctoral post-doctoral stations have become the leading talents and scientific research backbones in the scientific and technological field,creating many high-level scientific research achievements and making great contributions to economic and social development.As one of the universities in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone,S University has vigorously promoted the postdoctoral system in order to adapt to the high-level scientific and technological development of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone.In recent years,more than four or five hundred post-doctoral students have been recruited almost every year,and the number of post-doctoral students who have graduated from the list is among the best in Guangdong Province.The achievements of S University's postdoctoral fellows benefited from the unprecedented implementation of the postdoctoral talent support policy of S University.This paper intends to conduct research on the post-doctoral talent support policy of S University.Firstly,based on content-based incentive theory and perceived service quality model,the thesis constructs an analysis dimension of the realization of the incentive function of post-doctoral talents.The analysis dimension has three aspects: material incentive dimension,spiritual incentive dimension and developmental incentive dimension.Based on the three analytical dimensions of the post-doctoral talents' policy incentive function,the thesis analyzes the status quo and problems of the implementation of the post-doctoral talents policy of S University,finds the causes and constraints of the problems,and finally proposes post-doctoral talents for the problems and their causes.Specific strategies for policy incentive optimization.The countermeasures and suggestions of the thesis will contribute to the further improvement of the post-doctoral talent support policy in China.The paper mainly uses the literature research method and the case study method to collect data through questionnaires and on-site interviews.
