| Teaching and learning in the classroom is no doubt a battlefield to enhance the development of students.Thus paying attention to the individual behavior of students helps understand the profound meaning of core literacy related to the development of students.Primary school students,especially for lower grades,are in a stage of active and curious,which are of conflict with the class rules.Classroom discipline has not been able to form a real implementation meaning in the minds of primary school students,and thus there are widespread problems of classroom behavior in primary schools.Then,based on the current situate ion of primary school classroom problem behavior,teachers correctly interpret and analyze students' classroom behavior problems,and it is especially important to implement targeted management.Under the background of the in-depth reform of the new curriculum standards at this stage,with the continuous acceleration of the social development process,the problems of classroom behavior of primary school students have not been effectively solved,and now it is a key factor that causes problems in the classrooms.The research on pupils' classroom problem behavior is still weak in domestic and foreign literatures.Further research on intervene strategies on students' classroom behavior problems still need to be paid attention to.As an experience primary teacher,the author is often challenge by students' problem behavior.So it is important to observe and explore the reasons behind the problem behavior,to find out corresponding coping strategies.This paper focuses on pupil's behavior,problem behavior and the intervention strategies and other related concepts,such as the theoretical basis of this selected topic research,scientific analysis of the cause of all sorts of problem behavior,practice and the effective strategies to improve student problem behavior.This research uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,summarization analysis method and other research methods,and puts forward the research background and related literature review.Taking Nanhu Primary School in Shenzhen as an example,the research on the classroom behavior of Nanhu Primary School was carried out.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 60 primary school teachers and 300 primary school students from the third grade to the sixth grade.30 primary school students and 20 teachers were selected to conduct interview surveys,summarizing the behavioral characteristics and students' classroom problems,analyzing the classroom behavior of primary school students and the main phenomenon and specific reasons of the problem.Through the three factors of students,environment and teachers,the specific reasons for the students' classroom behaviors are analyzed.According to the above investigation content,it is proposed that in the next stage,teachers can implement effective management strategies for classroom behavior problems in primary school classroom teaching,mainly by preventing the emergence of classroom behavior problems of primary school students and regulating classroom behavior problems of primary school students.Classroom concept,self-management of primary school students,classroom management methods and classroom teaching environment are carried out in various aspects.In the last part,the above content is summarized and the shortcomings of this study are presented.This study explores the status quo of primary school students' classroom problems in Shenzhen Nanhu Primary School,and analyzes its main forms and characteristics.Based on the questionnaire survey and interview results,it analyzes the multi-factors and specific coping strategies for students' classroom problem behaviors.In order to effectively improve classroom efficiency and achieve the corresponding teaching objectives,further research is still need to implement. |
