| Last decade,the Chinese education is full swing,overall showing a good momentum of development.Inevitably,there are a lot of classroom management problems in the classroom,it affects the quality of Chinese teaching.In the context of the Philippines,characteristics of teachers and students,research on classroom management,analysis of common student problem behavior,analysis of the causes of classroom management problems and the solutions,improving the quality of Chinese Teaching in Philippine Middle school,constructing harmonious and orderly classroom.And help the Chinese teacher improve the Classroom management ability.We choose 439 middle students from 4 different schools and 15 Chinese teachers from 6 schools,They filled out the questionnaire,they were interviewed.we found that there are four common student problem behaviors in high schools in the Philippines:Late phenomenon is serious;Talk casually in class;extracurrcular activities affect teaching progress;student refer to sensitive issues in class.Based on the four problem behaviors,one hand,this article uses many classroom cases,interview record and teacher ’s self statement to reflect problem,analysis of the causes of problem behavior,starting with Pedagogy,Psychology and practical experience,classification of feasible solutions,to enable Chinese teachers to cope with these problematic behaviors in the classroom,enhancing the importance of Chinese language teachers to classroom management,be prepared for no trouble.On the other hand,from the macro point of view,give some advice to the new teacher:strong principle;constant introspection;raise the awareness of communication;improve the interest of teaching;combining examination with teaching to promote learning. |
