In modern education, classroom has become a basic way for students to obtain knowledge and students spend most of their time in learning in classroom. Good classroom management will directly affect education and teaching effectiveness. However the study finds there exists some problems in elementary school class with large amount of students. Those problems are not only influences students’ individual’s development speed, but also hinders the advancement of education and teaching. In the class with large amount of students teaching conditions, it is imminent to improve the effectiveness of classroom management.First, the study employs the combination of questionnaire method, interview method and launching a field survey for obtaining first-hand data, taking S elementary school in Jinzhou City as a case. Next is an analysis of the causes of classroom problems of large amount students class. It is found that the reasons are: teachers’ inefficient classroom management skills, bad relationship between students and teachers, students’ weak self-control ability ans so on. Finally, it puts forward some strategies, basing on the management present situation investigation and analysis of the causes in S school. Four strategies are concluded: improving teachers’ classroom management ability, establishing a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, dealing with students’ problem behavior scientifically,developing and carrying out regular rules.It is hoped that this paper can provide classroom management of large amount in primary school with a new theoretical angle of view, in order to improve the quality of classroom management and to offer help for improving the present status of the class of large amount.
