Study On The Reasons And Intervention Measures Of Students Physical Health Failing To Reach The Standard

In February 2017 the ministry of education announced the 2016 national student physique monitoring results,based on the national student physique and health research results show that college students continued to decline in lung capacity level,speed,explosive force and endurance quality decline in level to get some relief,but the downward trend is still not any relief.Based on the results of physical health test of college students in huai 'an technician college,this paper took 90 students who failed the physical health test of huai 'an technician college in 2016 as the objects of intervention,and adopted relevant measures to intervene in the physical fitness of students who failed the physical fitness test.This study attempts to construct a set of intervention scheme that is complete and consistent with school characteristics on the basis of school functions and teacher responsibilities.USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and expert interviews and other research methods,mainly studied the two aspects:one is the university students' physique health test failed the students make investigation and analysis of influencing factors of the second is to the university students'physique test analysis of the students failed the intervention strategies and intervention results.Based on the analysis of intervention strategies of huai 'an technician college,the intervention measures of students' physical fitness are proposed,in the hope of providing certain theoretical reference for improving students' physical fitness.The following results are obtained through the study:(1)through the huaian technician institute 2016 level of physical health test students to make the investigation and analysis,the causes of students physical health test is not up to standard have students lack effective physical exercise,the importance of students'understanding of physical exercise,sports facilities can not meet the needs of students and other factors.(2)constructing the school-based curriculum of physical education with fun track and field,directional sport and pattern rope skipping as the main content,and the intervention experiment found that this course had no influence on the height of students in the experimental class and the control class.Experimental class male and female weight and fell slightly in front of the intervention,that in comparative classes male and female body weight increased slightly,compared with before,this shows that the intervention experiment weight slightly effect on the students,but no significant difference(P>0.05),(3)to school-based curriculum as the main content of the intervention plans have certain help in improving college students' vital capacity,particularly in the boy's lung capacity level before and after the intervention with very significant difference(P<0.05),the girl a rise in the lung capacity,but the increase is not obvious,that is given priority to with development of aerobic endurance of directional movement to improve the level of the students' vital capacity has played a positive role.(4)the intervention experiment improved the speed quality,strength quality,endurance quality and explosive power quality of college students to different degrees.Among them,the pattern jump rope significantly improved the explosive power quality of male students,while the speed quality of female students was relatively small,but there was a significant difference compared with that before the intervention(P<0.05).Secondly,directional exercise has significant effect on improving endurance quality,while interesting track and field has obvious promoting effect on improving speed quality and strength quality.(5)through the 20-week intervention on students with substandard physical health,it was found that only 38 of the 40 people who participated in the intervention of this experiment passed the test,with a passing rate of 95%,while only 11 of the 50 students in the control class passed the test,with a passing rate of 22%.It can be found that this experiment has achieved good results from the indicators and pass rate.Based on the current situation,the following Suggestions are proposed:(1)the targeted,scientific and progressive teaching intervention in the physical education class has a great impact and promotion effect on the development of college students' physical fitness,and the relevant departments and leaders of students' physical health should strengthen the emphasis on the physical education work of the school.(2)to scientifically grasp students' physiological,psychological and age characteristics,change the sports teaching mode with learning sports technology as the core,improve the interest and pertinence of physical education,and enable students to actively engage in physical exercise,which is the key to improve students' physical health status.(3)as the developer and implementer of physical education courses,physical education teachers play a leading role in the teaching activities of physical education and health courses.They not only impart sports knowledge and skills to students,but also process and transform some items according to the actual situation of the school,so as to make them become the favorite sports items of students.(4)reasonably arrange the physiological load and load intensity of college students' physical education,and through the exercise of physical education,students' body organs and systems can produce positive stress adaptability.According to the students' individual and gender differences,the course content should be reasonably arranged,which can not only achieve the unity of the whole,but also be treated differently,so that each student's physical quality can be improved.
