qualities,endurance quality and flexibility quality do not increase but present a trend of decline year by year China’s central state council.Opinions issued "about on strengthening youth sports to enhance youth physique.[2007]no.7".Primary school is the initial stage of physical education,taking primary school students as the object of study to explore how to improve and improve the physical quality of primary school students,so as to further cultivate their awareness and responsibility of lifelong participation in sports activities is of great significance.At the same time,the improvement of students physical quality need to be in the school sports work to find a powerful fulcrum,extracurricular sports activities is an important part of school physical education,to carry out the project widely,time is flexible and can promote the space is larger,so the extracurricular sports activities is to improve the elementary student’s physical quality and improve students lifelong sports consciousness is the important carrier.Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued "About on strengthening youth sports and enhancing youth physique"([2007]no.7)emphasized once again that strengthening school sports and improving students’ physique and health level are important ways to promote the all-round development of young students and a major event related to the prosperity of the country and the future of the nation.With pupils with as well as the future builders and successors of Xinjiang,therefore,in the elementary school extracurricular sports activities with different types and related physical education curriculum,location equipment,teachers,etc,on the basis of investigation and physical differences comparing to explore and put forward the intervention strategy of extracurricular sports activities,To radically improve with primary school students physical quality,cultivate students’ consciousness of lifelong participation in sports activities and responsibility has important practical significance.This research uses the literature material method,interview method,test method,field method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,to Xinjiang with three different types of sampling investigation,six primary school interview six primary school physical education teachers,Fifth graders were randomly selected from six schools in the same grade,and in the physical quality of parallel test,and the data obtained using the SPSS 20.0 to ANOVA single factor variance analysis and multiple comparison of two comparative analysis,to explore the differences between the three types of elementary school students’ physical quality and the existing reasons,At the same time connecting with the interview content,put forward the corresponding strategy of extracurricular physical activity interventions aimed at improving with primary school students physical qualities.For the survey of six primary schools and similar schools to provide extra-curricular sports activities This study draws the following conclusions:1.All the three types of primary schools have different degrees of shortage of field equipment and teachers.The field equipment and teachers of key primary schools are better than those of ordinary primary schools and rural primary schools.General primary school,rural primary school field equipment shortage,serious shortage of teachers.2.In the arrangement of extracurricular sports activities,three types of primary school morning exercise on time only a few schools,still lack of unified norms and arrangements;The content of extracurricular physical training is single;Physical education curriculum content and extracurricular physical activity content can not effectively link.3.Through the analysis of the basic physical quality of the three types of primary school students,it is found that the male students’ endurance quality,strength quality is poor,flexibility quality,sensitivity quality is general,speed quality is good;The endurance quality of schoolgirl,flexibility quality,sensitive quality and speed quality are better,strength quality is general.4.Through the analysis of the difference in physical fitness of three types of primary schools,it was found that the results of boys in different types of primary schools were significantly different in 50m X 8 round-trip running,lmin skipping,sit-in forward bending and 1min sit-up.The results of 50m X 8 round trip run,50m run,1min jump rope,sit-in forward bend and 1min sit-up were significantly different in different types of primary school girls.5,Through multiple comparative analysis,the key primary school 50 meters X 8 round trip running performance is worse than the ordinary primary school and rural primary school,the key primary school 1min skipping,1min sit-ups,sitting body forward flexion are better than the ordinary primary school and rural primary school.6.From the perspective of school sports,the reasons that lead to the difference in physical quality of different types of primary school students are as follows:(1)Teachers,site equipment factors.(2)Organization,management and implementation of extracurricular sports activities.(3)the development of physical fitness "class practice".(4)connection between physical education and extracurricular physical activities.(5)attendance and "herding sheep" teaching appeared.7.Intervention strategies for extracurricular sports activities:(1)introduce emerging sports projects.(2)regulate morning exercises and enrich extracurricular sports.(3)the content of extra-curricular sports activities should be connected with the content of physical education courses.Suggestions:1.Standardize the teaching content of physical education class,strictly implement the teaching outline designated by the local education commission,and train part-time physical education teachers on teaching content.2.Carry out "one school,one product" " One school one kind of gymnastics"and "one school,many products" sports features activities.3.Organized and carried out the whole school sports meeting.4.Expand physical activity space,innovate physical exercise and competition in classroom corridors,and vigorously develop indoor physical exercise contents such as "corridor physical activity" and "indoor quality exercise" in response to bad weather.5.Enrich the organization form of big break,such as;"Big break challenge competition","big break small all members sports meeting","big break quality competition","big break sports class competition" and other forms and contents. |
