Research On Training Strategy Of "Internet+" Higher Vocational College Students' Innovation And Entrepreneurship

It is estimated that 8.2 million college graduates will be graduated from the 2018th session of the country,and employment and entrepreneurship work is facing a complex and severe situation.With the advent of the Internet era,the popularization of artificial intelligence Al,vocational college students will face a more and more serious employment situation,a separate "job hunting" ability training and vocational education ideas are not suitable for the needs of the times and society.The whole society is faced with great changes brought by Internet+.Moreover,Internet + integration into students' innovation and entrepreneurship education will help students to find their way of employment,improve their comprehensive ability,and improve their training level to meet the needs of social development.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should seize the opportunities in the Internet era and cultivate students' innovative and entrepreneurial abilities in higher vocational colleges.However,there are some problems in the cultivation of Vocational College Students,innovative and entrepreneurial ability.Through research and analysis,this paper finds out the problems,shortcomings in the Internet+environment,aiming at improving students,innovative and entrepreneurial ability and adapting to the needs of the times and society.Starting from the Internet plus background,this paper first conducts a large number of domestic and foreign literature research,and draws on the experience and achievements of other experts and scholars.Secondly,it gives out questionnaires to three vocational college students in Suzhou and analyzes the data after collecting the data.Through the interviews with teachers who are responsible for double creation education,SWOT analysis is used to summarize and sumnarize the advantages and disadvantages of Higher Vocational Students' dual ability training under the Internet+background.Advantages include professional advantages,age advantages,personality advantages,times advantages,policy support,etc.Advantages include the lack of professional entrepreneurship teachers,lack of training base,lack of financial support,lack of risk assessment and analysis.Based on the SWOT analysis results,some suggestions are put forward from the following aspects:establishing innovation and entrepreneurship ability cultivation mechanism,component innovation and entrepreneurship team,developing innovatlion and entrepreneurship ability cultivation platform,carrying out special campus activities of innovation and entrepreneurship,and strengthening students'psychological construction against quotient.
