Research On The Construction Of Innovative And Entrepreneurial Talents Training System In Colleges And Universities

With the advent of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,China has vigorously promoted economic transformation and upgrading,actively implemented the strategy of innovation-driven development,and the theme of the era with "Innovation and entrepreneurship" as the core emerged as the times required,and gradually become one of the major strategic decisions of our country.In order to better meet the development needs of "Innovation and entrepreneurship",the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is one of the most important basic projects.As the main force of talent output,the innovative and entrepreneurial talents trained by universities are the main force to shoulder the banner of "Mass Entrepreneurship and innovation" in China.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the cultivation and development of innovative and entrepreneurial talents from the central government to the local governments.However,at present,the training system of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Chinese universities is not perfect,the teaching force is weak,the educational resources are insufficient,the practice platform is limited,and the incentive guarantee is absent,in the end,there are some problems such as low quantity,low standard and poor quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talents exported from universities,which can not meet the needs of social modernization construction.In this paper,a comprehensive use of literature research,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other research methods,innovation and entrepreneurship training system in colleges and universities are studied.First of all,the connotation of the cultivation system of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities is defined,and the five components of the system are concluded: the target system,the subject system,the resource system,the strategy system and the cultural system.It points out that it has the characteristics of theory and practice,coupling and order,opening and endogenous,dynamic and balance.And take MIT as the excellent representative,sum up their advanced experience in school-running concept,curriculum construction,practical deployment,teacher allocation,organizational construction and incentive mechanism,it is proposed that the innovative and entrepreneurial talent training system in colleges and universities should be built with the leadership of strategic system,the construction of education system,the consolidation of practice system,the management of organization system,the support from guarantee system and evaluation system follow-up as its main contents.Then taking F university as the research object,questionnaire survey and interview are carried out around six aspects: target orientation,education and teaching,practice and training,organization and management,service and evaluation feedback.It is found that the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in F University still has some problems,such as insufficient strategic planning,backward education system,weak practical links,unitary organization,insufficient services,and lack of evaluation mechanism.Combining the basic contents of the cultivation system of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities,aiming at the existing problems,it is suggested that the cultivation system of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities should be promoted from the following aspects: adhering to strategic guidance,adhering to education standard,adhering to practice origin,adhering to organizational management and control,adhering to support,adhering to evaluation and acceptance.
