The development of multimedia technology and network technology has enriched the presentation of teaching resources and the means of communication,and changed our learning styles and behavior custom,e-learning has become a way of living,online education has become the hot research topics,optimizing the quality of online education services gradually has become a common aspiration of society.However,the current network is full of fragmented information and shallow e-lerning,learning effect can not be guaranted.Deep learning is the key to improve the service quality of online education,and the realization of deep learning depends on enhancing the user experience and stimulating learning motivation.Therefore,this study explored the relationship between user's experience and learning motivation of massive online courses.Several conclusions could be drawn from the results.The choice of research methods.There are three kinds of common measurement methods of user experience:subjective report based on questionnaires,behavior analysis based on usability tests,cognitive emotion observation based on physiological measurement technology.Based on that,this study carried out the "questionnaire of user experience and learning motivation of massive online courses",and analyzed the correlation between subjective feelings of user experience of massive online courses and learning motivation.At the same time,we invited subjects to participate in the usability tests of "icourses" as an example,recorded the visual gaze features and other information of the test process of learning behavior by the portable eye tracker,and then discussed the relationship between the user's experience and learning motivation based on the behavioral observation data and interview data.Meanwhile,we obtained the learners'physical reactions during learning with the eye movement instrument,near infrared spectrometer and polygraph to analyze the user's cognitive emotions,combined with users' attitudes to explore the user experience and the relationship between learning motivation.The design of evaluation questionnaire.In order to obtain the subjective attitudes and learning motivation of users of massive online courses,this study designed and issued the "questionnaire of user experience and learning motivation of massive online courses".In order to obtain the level of user experience of massive online courses,this study collected the data of user experience through the methods of open questionnaire,group interview,key events technology and so on,collected the users' attitudes through the questionnaire after the initial entry,through the exploratory factor analysis of the questionnaire to be screened and amended,the implementation of the investigation and the validation factor analysis of the questionnaire data through the structural equation model,finally established the "evaluation scale of user experience of massive online courses" composed of three dimensions of visuality,usability and support services.To understand the learning motivation,this study designed the "questionnaire of learning motivation of massive online courses" based on the "evaluation scale of non-constrained adults' online learning motivation" designed by Wu Feng and other experts and users'opinions,which includes four types of learning motivation:cognitive interest,career development,interpersonal relationships,external influence.At last,integrated into the"questionnaire of user experience and learning motivation of massive online courses"combined with the users' demographic information,online learning behavior profiles and related topics of changes in learning motivation.Correlation of user experience and learning motivation based on questionnaire.Based on the survey data,it is found that the availability of massive online courses can predict cognitive interest well,while learning motivation of massive online courses can predict the uses' attitudes of the visuality and usability of massive online courses well.It also showed that users with higher usability evaluation tend to have more strong cognitive interest,and the users with stronger learning motivation are more positive of the visuality and usability of massive online courses.At the same time,the visuality,usability and support services of massive online courses could predict the change of learning motivation more significant.What's more,the usability and support service could predict the intensity and transference of learning motivation strongly.Thus it can be seen that the user experience and learning motivation of massive online courses affect each other.Correlation of user experience and learning motivation based on usability tests.In order to observe the user experience of massive online courses,this study invited users to participate in the usability tests based on the "icourse" platform,recorded the behavior of the users' behavior of free browsing,registration,selecting,searching,interaction and so on with the portable eye tracker to obtain the visual gaze characteristics.Based on the observation data of user experience behavior of massive online courses,this paper analyzed the relationship between user experience and learning motivation.It can be seen that clear navigation design,distinctive presentation,clear specific information,high web page loading speed,simple search operation,powerful search function,deep online communication,the courses from well-known universities helps to stimulate interest in learning and strengthen learning motivation;difficult registration tasks will reduce the interest of learning.Correlation of user experience and learning motivation based on physiological signal.In order to measure the users' cognitive experience of massive online courses,this study observed the visual attention characteristics and fatigue status by means of the eye movement instrument and multi-channel instrument electromyograph,and then got the user cognitive load and learning motivation to analyze the impact of video presentation on user experience and learning motivation.The results showded that compared with the traditional classroom instructional video,users tend to pay more attention to teachers andsubtitle areas when they are watching the teacher integrated instructional video,and their overall attention is more concentrated,the cognitive load is lower,the fatigue trend is slower.It also can be seen the simple pictures,high-definition pictures and picture teaching materials are more likely to attract users' interest;Generally speaking,the the teacher integrated instructional video is more conducive to maintaining learning motivation.In this study,the near-infrared spectroscopy was used to observe the concentration of oxygenated hemoglobin and the concentration of deoxyhemoglobin in the courses of user experience in massive online courses,and to find out the effects of learning motivation on the state of neurological activity during learning process and the influence of user experience on learning motivation.The results showed that the intensity of learning motivation will affect the user's neural activity in the initial stage,the teaching method and production effects will affect the user's neural activity in the rest stage.Thus it can be seen the interaction between the user experience and learning motivation.
