Since the restructuring of the independent operation,facing an increasingly competitive market,the growing Employee Turnover becomes an important factor affecting the healthy development of the postal business.How to deal with the loss of talent in postal enterprises has become a serious problem facing to the postal enterprises and also a problem that various branches need to constantly consider and explore.Under the guidance of domestic and international Employee Turnover theory and models,through access to the staff departures statistical material and the staff survey and interviews in D City Post business etc,we conduct our study on the Employee Turnover of postal companies in D City In this paper.Combined with theoretical knowledge and the results of the survey,we try to summarize the main reasons for the Employee Turnover of postal enterprises in D City.Finally,in view of the main causes of Employee Turnover,we proposed six solutions to solve the problem.That is,reasonable recruitment and establishment of positions,effective management of employees ' career,perfecting the mechanism of talent training and development,the establishment of incentive compensation system,healthy,innovative and harmonious corporate culture,and establishment of the management mechanism of brain drain early warning and turnover.
