Currently, with the rapid development of the youth English education and training industry, the competition is becoming more and more severe, and market segmentation, firm size, increasing demand for professionals and other issues are gradually more highlighted. At the same time, as the foreign professional English training institutions entering into the domestic market, they have the advantage of native education in English and own abundant capital, excellent faculty, international standard management, rich experience in education in English. It will be a huge shock to the domestic English language training market; especially the competition for excellent professional teaching and recruiting talents between the domestic and foreign industry. The competition for the professional talents is the first step to establish a new educational institution. These shocks are unwittingly changing the share of the market and the need of professional talents in the youth English education and training industry.In addition, for the increasing of the youth English training market demand and many uneven thresholds into the industry, more and more experienced teaching and recruiting professional talents set up another new companies. A leader of a team starts all over again, which will affect the stability for the whole team and is one of the important reasons for the turnover of personnel.In this paper, the research object is "Shutong company"; the pointcut is the current situation and the reasons of employee turnover which were analyzed through interviews and survey forms. The empirical study was used to probe into the relevant reasons and then the relevant countermeasures were proposed from the following aspects:(1)Strengthen strategic advocacy system;(2)Perfect job analysis system;(3)Establish career planning system;(4)Enhance training management system;(5)Improve pay and benefits and evaluation system;(6)Construction and the company’s strategy to match the corporate culture.These measures have practical significance for a company to reduce staff turnover rate.
