Research On The Current Status And Cultivation Path Of College Students' Friendly Quality In Chongqing

Friendship has been the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation since ancient times.It is an indispensable moral quality in people's interpersonal communication.However,in recent years,moral indifference has occurred in society,people are worried about the emergence of this phenomenon,and they are eager for social harmony and friendliness.As an important part of the social members,the friendly quality of college students will also have a certain impact on the ideological and moral quality of the whole society.Therefore,it is especially important to strengthen the cultivation of the friendly quality of college students in the current situation of building a well-off society.It is not only conducive to the improvement of college students' own moral literacy,but also conducive to the comprehensive construction of a well-off society.This paper mainly uses self-made structural questionnaires to study 725 college students from 8 colleges and universities such as Chongqing University,Southwest University and Southwest University of Political Science and Law in Chongqing,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the current status of college students' friendly quality.Interviews were conducted with four counselors,five university students,three librarians,three canteen staff,and three dormitory administrators.On the basis of questionnaires and interviews,combined with the existing literature,to understand the current situation of the friendly quality of college students in Chongqing,to find out its problems,to analyze the reasons for its problems,and finally to propose an effective path to cultivate the friendly quality of college students.The text is divided into four parts:The first part: the main content is an overview of the friendly quality of college students,including the connotation of friendly quality,the connotation of college students' friendly quality and its basic content.The second part: the necessity and importance of the cultivation of friendly quality of college students.On the one hand,this part mainly grasps the necessity of cultivating the friendly quality of college students from three aspects: the development of college students themselves,the ideological and political education of colleges and universities,and the inheritance of culture.On the other hand,it mainly consists of the moral literacy of college students,the fundamental task of college education,and the comprehensive construction of a well-off society.In order to understand the importance of the cultivation of friendly quality of college students,we will further deepen our understanding of the cultivation of friendly quality of college students.The third part: the investigation of the current status of friendly quality of college students in Chongqing.This part of the author mainly discusses from four aspects.First,the object of the survey,the reliability of the survey tool,and the scientific nature of the data processing method are clarified.Secondly,the paper analyzes the results of the survey on the quality of college students in Chongqing.From the survey results,we can understand the overall status of the friendly quality of college students in Chongqing.Then,on the basis of this,it is found that there are three major problems in the friendly quality of college students in Chongqing: the lack of friendly and cognitive,the impure motivation of friendly behavior,and the uncertainty of friendly behavior.Finally,based on these three major issues,this part also analyzes the reasons for the existence of these problems in college students' self-quality,from college students,colleges,society and family.The fourth part is the analysis of the friendly quality cultivation path of college students in Chongqing.This part starts from the reasons of the problem of the friendly quality of college students in Chongqing,combined with the current situation,from the internalization and practice of college students paying attention to their friendly qualities,the strengthening of the cultivation of college students' friendly quality,and the efforts of the society to create a friendly social environment for college students.The family actively cultivates the four paths of the friendly quality of college students to enhance the friendly quality of college students.
