The author found that the phenomenon of middle school students with upper cr ossing syndrome is very serious.Upper crossing syndrome can cause shoulder, neck and back muscle pain.In severe cases,it can also cause carotid artery compressio n and reduce blood supply to the brain, causing cerebral hypoxia, insomnia and oth er symptoms. The middle school stage is height, weight, and the fast development period of organ function, namely the teenage body growth and development of sensi tive period, muscles and bones are in rapid development stage,if not corrected in t ime,not only affects the good image of middle school students,on the cross syndr ome as a chronic disease,in later life, learning, and a healthy body will have a ne gative effect. Therefore, the improvement of high school students on the cross syndr ome is imminent. In this study,34 students of lanzhou no.68 middle school with upper crossing syndrome were divided into physical function training group and routine physical ed ucation group.Using literature method, survey method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method and mathematical statistics, the cross syndrome frequency on middle school students, the reasons were analyzed, and according to the characteristi cs of the middle school students' physical and mental design conforms to their body function training scheme,to explore the influence of cross syndrome on body func tion training on middle school students.Hope to provide a set of effective methods to improve the upper crossing syndrome for middle school students. The conclusio ns are as follows:(1)Middle school students lack physical education and secondary sexual characteris tics of adolescence education, there are bad living and learning habits, academic pre ssure and lack of family learning hardware facilities.(2)The incidence of upper crossing syndrome in middle school students is very hig h.The frequency was higher in the natural state than in the cue state, and female s tudents were higher than male students in both states.(3)Regular physical education has a slight effect on the upper cross syndrome of middle school students, but the improvement effect is not obvious.(4)Physical function training can effectively improve the upper crossing syndrome of middle school students, and has a good continuation effect.(5)Upper cross syndrome has an adverse effect on the range of motion of the sho ulders.
