The Supply Study Of Public Service In Rural Sports Based On Aging Background—Take Gaotai County,Gansu Province As An Example

Sports public service is based on citizens and provides the system structure of various sports products and services through cooperation of government-led,market operation,for-profit institutions,charitable organizations and non-governmental organizations.Sports public service supply is to meet the multi-level demand of citizens for sports public service,and through the participation and cooperation of diversified pattern,it provides public products and services oriented by supply and demand.In the environment of accelerating aging,the resistance and contradiction only increase.Therefore,with the rural sports public service as the benchmark,focusing on the development of people's physical and mental health,the necessity and importance of sports public service supply is self-evident.Under the background of population aging,this paper takes the concept of supply and demand as the basis,combines the actual situation of rural sports public service supply in gaotai county,and takes the presentation of the problem--finding out the cause(reflection)--solving the problem(optimization)as the main line of the structure.This paper uses literature,questionnaire,interview,field investigation and inductive method and deductive method.Firstly,it interprets and analyzes the sports public service supply in Gao Tai county from six aspects,including system guarantee,organization,management,sources of funds,human resources,facilities and information services;Secondly,based on the analysis of practical results,the knowledge of sports public service and rural public service supply is taken as the theoretical benchmark to further reflect and optimize the supply subject,content and mode of sports public service supply and demand.Finally,the network of rural sports public service supply in gaotai county was sorted out from different perspectives,come to the following conclusion:(1)The imperfection of laws and regulations makes the supply of sports public services in gaotai county fail to meet the needs of farmers and the elderly.(2)The simplification of the supply body derails the diversification,marketization and flexibility of sports public services.The government has become the single and only provider of services for the elderly,and the market and other diversified subjects cannot flexibly participate in and apply to the supply of sports public services.Among them,the regional advantages are closely connected with the development of characteristic projects,but the overall application is lacking.(3)In the supply of elderly groups,the division between the integrity and unity of fund supply is not clear,and the connection between the whole and part is not clear,that is,the unity and distinction of public service and sports public service are ambiguous.(4)The allocation of human resources fails to go deep into the grassroots as planned,the connection between supply and demand is unclear,and the system to meet the needs of the elderly group is not formed and implemented according to the actual requirements.(5)The site infrastructure is too regulated and simplified,lacking the characteristics of rural sports construction for the elderly group,and the site and characteristics are relatively immature according to local conditions.(6)The untimely updating of information and the obsolete dissemination of information lead to the lagging of sports public service information for the elderly,resulting in the lack of timeliness.Above all: under the environment of increasingly serious aging form,the author through gaotai county rural sports public services supply all kinds of contradictions and shall not evade the reality problems,and further makes the corresponding reflection and optimization Suggestions,hoping to provide Gaotai county sports public service development relative theoretical reference and practical basis.
