The reverse psychology marks the beginning of the process of realizing the self-consciousness of middle school students.It begins with a series of concepts intertwining conflicts and contradictions.It is an important stage in which middle school students begin to form their own independent outlook on life values.If problems at this stage are not handled properly,they will be dealt with.The formation of the values of life as a whole has a tremendously negative impact.In the current review of research results,there are many solutions to the problem of secondary school students' rebellious psychological problems.This study attempts to understand the current status of secondary school students' rebellious psychological problems from the perspective of outdoor sports,and analyzes the impact of outdoor sports on secondary school students' rebellious psychology.From the perspective of outdoor sports,explore new methods and new strategies for outdoor sports for middle school students.A total of 500 middle school students in Guilin City were selected as research subjects.A self-designed outdoor exercise was used to investigate the adverse psychological impacts of middle school students.Based on the scientific nature of the questionnaires,the subjects were surveyed.The results were found to be: First of all,for students' rebellious psychology.The research can be grasped by four factors: emotional environment guidance,ecological environment perception,interpersonal environmental experience,and regular environmental identity.The scientific nature of the questionnaire has been confirmed.Second,the impact of outdoor sports on secondary school students' rebellious psychology is most obviously guided by the emotional environment,followed by the recognition of the rules environment,and the lowest is the experience of the interpersonal environment.Furthermore,there are obvious gender differences in the process of outdoor sports affecting students' rebellious psychology.Specifically,in the emotional environment guidance and the rule environment recognition,boys score higher than girls,and the level is significant.Finally,there is a significant difference in the frequency of outdoor sports for secondary school students' rebellious psychology,which is manifested in the fact that students who regularly participate in outdoor sports are significantly higher in terms of perception of the ecological environment,positive emotional guidance,regular environmental identity,and positive experience in the interpersonal environment.Students who do not often participate in outdoor sports have confirmed that outdoor sports can indeed bring about a significant improvement in the rebellious psychology of middle school students.In order to further clarify the impact of different sports programs on secondary school students' rebellious psychology,the first round of survey questionnaires were used to re-issued and screened 160 students with reversing phenomena to conduct an experimental study to observe the influence status of the samples in different environments.The analysis of data from the experimental and control groups found that outdoor sports can positively affect the rebellious psychology of middle school students,and the effects produced by different sports programs are not consistent.The concrete manifestations are: Mountain sports significantly affects the reliability and return of middle school students.Due to adverse events,the land sports project significantly affected the secondary students' attributional reversal and the reversal of the situation.The camping sports program significantly affected the overreversal and autonomic rebellion in middle school students;the surface sports program significantly affected the secondary students' attribution reversal and reliability inversion.
