Under Supply-side Structural Innovation,Exploring The Development Of Leisure Sports Tourism In Hunan Province

With the increasing of the capacity and changing of supply and demand of our country,adjusting supply structure is becoming more and more imperative.While the development of the economy of our country,the enhancement of our people?s health awareness,the expanding scale and the accelerating development of sports industry,the sports tourism is accepted by more and more people.Under these circumstances,optimizing the economy structure by supply-side structural reform,which is propose by the government,is bringing new opportunity for the innovation and reform of the Leisure sports tourism industry.This paper has used the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,on-the-spot investigation method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and research technique method.During the research,the author collected information of the Leisure sports tourism industry which carry out in China and foreign countries.The author used random sampling method and provided 500 questionnaires,which set 500 members or leaders of the leisure sports tourism industry league in Hunan Province as research sample.Through investigations which carried out in leisure sports tourism industry bases which set in the cities of Hunan Province like Changsha,Zhuzhou,Xiangtan,Hengyang,Changde and so on,I have fully comprehend the development bottleneck of this industry and problems that need to be solved.This paper analysis the development status and problems that exist of the leisure sports tourism industry in Hunan Province,present research conclusions and key advices.Through this research,we can have these conclusions:(1)Supply-side structural reform is the effective solution to dislocation of economic supply and demand of our country and the best way to solve the insufficient supply problem of the leisure sports tourism industry in Hunan Province.Therefore,Supply-side structural reform is the inevitable development trend of the leisure sports tourism industry.(2)The missing-supply phenomenon is ubiquitous in the leisure sports tourism industry.The insufficient supply problem usually lead to lack of competitiveness and insufficient value-added competitiveness of brand products.(3)The professional talents of the leisure sports tourism industry in Hunan Province are far from reaching its demand.Our country needs to cultivate the professional sports talents that can adapt to demand to lead the development of leisure sports tourism service to professional way.(4)While the branding of Leisure sports tourism in China is less specialized Compared to develped countries,the efficent management and utilization has established an effectiveness impact already.(5)The potential consumption ability of leisure sports tourism in Hunan province and the huge scale of private capital are significant to the devolpment of LST in Hunan.(6)There is a closly relevance between leisure sports tourism and other industries.However,currently,the fusion of the LSP and other industries is still under a primary stage,there still has a great potentail on this field.According to these conclusion,I give these suggestions according to policies,capital and talents.
