With the deepening of the reform of the higher education system in recent years,the construction of our college students' associations has been unprecedentedly developed.However,the management mechanism and mode of the traditional college student associations can not avoid new problems and challenges.Mainly because of the current development of student associations,the traditional community management philosophy and methods are too administrative,pay attention to the top-down approach,resulting in a lot of resources are grasped in the hands of the school community management department,and can not really realize the student community Self-management,self-management,self-development direction.As a student community,the lack of their own resources,lack of development platform and effective way to link the corresponding support of the plight,easily lead to the community's own evaluation of low,identity is not high,self-positioning is not clear,and other associations are not close,resources can not be effectively shared and lead to its sense of no sense,no sense of the state.This research perspective is mainly based on today's social work theory in the more popular theory of empowerment carry out analysis.Social workers in the process of visiting the target community,combined with the college of the previous information and community-related student cadres work,mainly found that the development of student associations in the process of the main problems are: first,the lack of their own sense of power,that is,in the state of loss of power or weak state,which is the development and management of students in the process of their own difficult to play more active reasons,including the lack of community members,community development direction and lack of ideas,the student community responsible for the management capacity of several aspects of the problem;second,the student community outside the development of space is not enough to participate in the external environment,the opportunities and platforms are more lacking,which is the student community in the development process is difficult to further innovation breakthrough reasons,including community professional guidance work,community support unit support is insufficient,lack of interaction between type associations,student community social participation in space is narrow.After analyzing the relevant issues,the author through the practical work from the energy and empowerment of the two angles of the strategy,combined with social work to help others,respect for equality,equal values and case work,community work and other professional ways to students,the community to increase and empowerment,that is,the student community in the original weak or weak state to give ascension,no power or impunity to give support to these two cases.Through the service assessment found that,after the intervention,the student community to further tap their own potential advantages and resources,to stimulate their self-identity,so that their own power and ability to have further understanding and affirmation,the community can form a self-help Mutual help,the student community through a variety of social activities to participate in,and the external environment to establish a good communication relationship,such activities will not only enable students to get more resources outside the community,these resources will help improve the comprehensive ability of students,its own development offers more possibilities.
