Since 2012 in the city of Guangzhou city street town in full swing construction of Integrated Family Service Center,has been to promote the development of social work service,high turnover rate of social workers has been of concern for colleagues and experts.According to the statistics of the Guangzhou Municipal C ivil Affairs Bureau in 2015,Guangzhou city social workers annual turnover rate of about 24.3%,a social worker business life is generally short,92.8% social workers working time less than 3 years.The high turnover rate affects the social worker morale,service object satisfaction,social work services operating costs and operating performance,affect social work services and social work profession Long-term development.In the current "high turnover rate and the average short service of social work in the industry,there are still a number of social workers to overcome the difficulties,in the service position,contribute to their strength.Especially in an organization has experienced a 3 year cycle in the project of social workers and they are the precious wealth and the core of each employee social work services.Social work service agencies should strive to increase or improve the social worker retention intention.This paper introduces the job embeddedness perspective,taking the city of Guangzhou in the same social work service organizations for 3 years or more of social workers as the research object,through literature reading,interview and questionnaire survey.Sampling and the use of SPSS data,by using the reliability analysis,validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression further study analysis and variance analysis methods,draw the following conclusions: job embeddedness has a significant positive impact on the intention to stay;organization,organization,community communication,community,community,sacrifice has a significant positive impact on the intention to stay;organization sacrifice and intention to stay relevant,but no significant Positive effect;Different demographic variables such as gender,age,education,profession,job,marriage,household and other effects on the intention to stay are significantly different.According to the above conclusions,put forward five advices: to meet the management work for social workers to improve the service quality and efficiency demands,establish the "occupation development model practice experts";introduction of flexible working system;to create a safe and active office atmosphere;complete the organization system construction.
