With the attention of the society and schools to the enrollment rate,the academic pressure of middle school students is increasing.Physical exercise can promote students’ mental health and is a good way to relieve stress.This paper investigates the academic pressure of students in the third grade of junior high school,and compares the academic pressure between the third grade of junior high school and the first grade of junior high school and the second grade of junior high school.Then,the middle school students’ academic pressure scale compiled by Chen xu was used to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of the middle school students’ academic pressure from five dimensions.We mainly analyzed and discussed the positive effects of different exercise types and frequency on the academic pressure of junior high school students,and summarized the different effects of different exercise types and frequency on the academic pressure of junior high school students through the test analysis of the students being intervened.According to the experimental analysis,we believe that from the point of view of grade,grade three students in the most stressful stage,grade two students in the least pressure,grade one students in the second pressure.In terms of gender,girls are not as athletic as boys,and girls in the same grade are under more pressure than boys.In terms of sports types,ball games are the main sports for boys,while track and field events are the main sports for girls.In terms of exercise frequency,students who exercise more than three times a week have less academic pressure than those who exercise less than once a week.To focus on the types of sports and frequency influence on students’ academic pressure,we choose grade 40 exercise once a week in the following test was conducted in students,pick out 20 students in sports training,ten days after ten days to fill in with the rest of the students are not intervention questionnaire,compare their learning pressure value,thus come to the conclusion that we think sports type and frequency have influence on students’ academic pressure,but little influence on the movement type pressure in study.Finally,we analyze the positive influence of extracurricular sports activities and their characteristics on relieving the academic pressure of middle school students,so as to arouse the attention of teachers and students to extracurricular sports activities,guide students to take the initiative to participate in,and promote the development of students’ mental health.
