Study On The Educable Factors Of Entrepreneurial Capability For College Students’ Entrepreneurship Education In Science And Engineering

In order to adapt to the national "public entrepreneurship" "Peoples innovation" strategy,the colleges and universities have launched entrepreneurship education,scholars and experts have also focused on entrepreneurship education research.But in the research of entrepreneurship education,most scholars pay attention to the question of "how to teach entrepreneurship" and "what is taught by entrepreneurship education",ignoring the prerequisite research of entrepreneurial education science-the educative research on the constituent elements of entrepreneurial ability.This paper focuses on the education of five-dimensional entrepreneurial ability,and from the angle of multidisciplinary theoretical analysis and hundreds of cases of knowledge entrepreneurs with the background of science and engineering,this paper studies the educational characteristics of the constituent elements of entrepreneurial ability.Firstly,this study combs the theories of brain science,pedagogy,psychology,philosophy and sociology,and analyzes the educational ability of the five dimensions of entrepreneurial ability.The five dimensions of entrepreneurial capacity-building elements based on human genetics,can be acquired through education and the environment has been improved,thus theoretically affirmed the education in the entrepreneurial capacity-building elements of the role of training.Secondly,through the analysis of data of hundreds of empirical questionnaires of knowledge entrepreneurs with science and engineering background and the in-depth interviews of 13 small and medium-sized enterprises,this paper uses quantitative and qualitative research methods,On the further verification of the entrepreneurial ability of the elements can be educated.In view of the importance of environment and education to cultivate the entrepreneurial ability of entrepreneurs,the last part of the article points out some problems existing in the current education of entrepreneurship,such as scientific cultivation,multi-ability cultivation,curriculum reform,cultural environment and humanistic literacy.It is hoped that this paper will provide some inspiration for science and engineering colleges to cultivate knowledge innovation and entrepreneurship scientifically.
