Study On The Re-fertility Intention And Influencing Factors Of Childbearing Age Residents In Heilongjiang Province

In order to optimize the population structure,increase labor supply,ease the pressure of population aging,and improve the status of low fertility,Heilongjiang Province has implemented the "Universal Two-child" Policy since January 1,2016.Childbearing age residents' re-fertility intention is an important factor affecting the birth rate of Heilongjiang Province,which directly affects the fertility level of residents.To this end,the investigation on the childbearing age residents' re-fertility intention and influencing factors in Heilongjiang Province is conducive to understanding the current status of fertility intention of childbearing age residents in Heilongjiang Province and the future fertility trend under the "Universal Two-child" policy,improving the birth rate of childbearing age residents in Heilongjiang Province,improving the age structure of the population,solving the problem of population aging,and promoting balanced population development.At the same time,it provides an important reference for analyzing the reform results of the birth policy,and provides a theoretical basis for the adjustment of relevant policy systems.Starting from the theory of Population Transformation,Family Fertility Theory,Planning Behavior Theory and Bongotts Low Fertility Model,this paper uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,data analysis method to conduct a questionnaire survey on the re-fertility intention of childbearing age residents in Heilongjiang Province,and descriptive statistics on the questionnaire.The analysis shows that there is a gap between the actual birth plan and the number of ideal children,childbearing age residents of Heilongjiang Province have lower willingness to re-fertility,the main purpose of giving birth to the second child is that two children can accompany each other,and most childbearing age residentsJ plans for re-fertility will be after 2022.Using binary logistic regression model,this paper explores the influencing factors of re-fertility intention,such as age,whether is the only child,household registration,educational level,economic status,fertility status,cost of raising children,"one-child" fertility concept,working pressure,whether the elderly can help to care for children,fertility risk,spouse's desire to bear children,social insurance status of family members,finding out the main influencing factors of the willingness to reproduce in Heilongjiang Province,and the influence direction of the influencing factors on the willingness to reproduce.Based on the Australian "Family Tax Benefits" program,Sweden' s "Non family" socialized welfare and service policies,Germany's family policy and the French family welfare policy,according to the present situation of childbearing age residents' re-fertility intention in Heilongjiang Province,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as advocating the concept of multiple children,introducing economic subsidy measures for reproductive families,strengthening the support of social security for re-fertility family,and strengthening the employment protection of women.
