The new curriculum reform of basic education proposes to empowerment the majority of teachers to increase their ability,especially pointing out that rural middle school teachers can no longer simply impart knowledge for students as before,but also improve their teaching leadership and strengthen the research on teaching leadership in the process of classroom teaching and educational practice.We believe that the main content of instructional leadership should include three parts: instructional decision-making,instructional execution and instructional supervision.Former Soviet union,great educator Su Huom linsky in the 1940 s,60 s in office Mr Ray during his high school principal,for rural teachers in the teaching process of teaching leadership made a systematic study,the paper summarizes the thought and practice experience can be for our current rural middle school teachers’ teaching activities to provide guidance.In this study,a junior middle school in huishui county,guizhou province was investigated on the spot,and questionnaires and interviews were used for investigation and research.Through the questionnaire analysis of teachers,combined with qualitative research analysis,to understand the teaching management concept and teaching management methods of junior middle school teachers,and summarize the status quo of teaching management of junior middle school teachers.Although this paper analyzes and summarizes the teaching leadership of rural middle school teachers in combination with suhomlinski’s teaching thoughts,there is still a long way to go to cultivate and improve the teaching leadership of rural middle school teachers,which requires joint efforts from various aspects.
