Abstract/Summary:
In the actual education and teaching process,there are obvious differences between individual students in the class,and it is difficult for teachers to pay attention to each individual in classroom teaching and implement teaching according to their differences.Therefore,this article combines the author’s teaching practice with the theory of personalized teaching and The actual situation of teaching in rural township middle schools,taking junior high school mathematics learning as an example to discuss the issue of personalized counselling in rural township middle schools.The research methods mainly used in this paper are literature research method,action research method,experience summary method,experimental research method and comparative research The author takes the 2016 Grade 8(2)class of Xianyuan Town Middle School in Xishui County as an experimental object,according to the five dimensions that affect students’ mathematics in junior high school,namely cognitive ability,learning habits,thinking style,living environment,and emotional attitude.Individually classify students in rural township middle schools and propose appropriate counseling strategies for different individuals and different types of students.This study explores "left-behind children","disabled students","students with learning difficulties",and " The reasons and strategies for personalized tutoring by "learning excellent students",and tried teaching practice.Finally,analyze and implement with the help of SPSS Differences in performance between students in personalized coaching classes and those who do not.The research results show that the implementation of personalized counseling can effectively improve the academic performance of students,and has a good reference value for rural mathematics teaching and research;it can help reduce class polarization,and help "left-behind children","disabled students",and "students with poor education" The education of "students with excellent students" has strong practical guiding significance.The innovation of this study is to use personalized after-school tutoring to implement personalized education,which makes it possible for all students to develop their teaching ideals,opening up a Effectively implement the personalized path of education,so as to realize the vision of education and teaching that everyone is improved and everyone is developed in the process of education and teaching,meet the goals and requirements set out in the curriculum standards,and promote the overall improvement of the quality of education and teaching.
