Study On Marine Ecological Environment Prediction System

Zhejiang adjacent to the East China Sea is an important base where the country develops the East China Sea area and is also a national marine economic development demonstration area established by the State Council.The construction of marine economic development demonstration area in Zhejiang province is not only aimed at the development of Zhejiang economy and society,but also related to the National Marine development strategy.Marine talents are the foundation for the development of marine economics and the ultimate guarantee for the construction of maritime power.Based on the actual situation of Zhejiang province,this thesis mainly analyzes the current situation and existing problems of marine talents in Zhejiang province by means of the literature review method and provides some countermeasures.The structure of the thesis is as follow.First,from talent structure,talent supply and talent distribution,the current situation of marine talents in Zhejiang province is expounded.Secondly,the existing problems of marine talents in Zhejiang province based on changes of the national policy environment,talent supply,marine education and marine employees are present and some problems e.g.shortage of supply,different age levels,and uneven distribution of regions are provided.Finally,some reasonable suggestions are put forward to the government,colleges and universities,and relevant educational agencies.These have some positive significance for the rapid development of marine enterprise in Zhejiang Province.
