In the paper, the relationship between supply and demand of high educational talent in Zhejiang province is mainly discussed on quantitative analysis. At the same time, the conclusions based on quantitative analysis are also qualitatively analyzed in detail. On the basis, some hot issuses about the relationship between supply and demand of high educational talent in Zhejiang province are probed into, such as the difficulty of high educational graduate and the factors of its influence. It is suggested that Zhejiang province should make use of the two ways of high education development by turns in 10 years. The structure of the demand of high education talent will not be fit to the structure of the supply, if the trend exists in several years. This also causes the difficulty of high educational graduate obtaining employment to a degree.In the end, some policies of high education in Zhejiang province are analyzed, and some suggestions are put forward.
