"Several Opinions on Further Strengthening School Physical Education" issued by the General Office of the State Council clearly points out that the current evaluation mechanism of physical education affects and restricts the development of both students' physical health and physical education among colleges,leaving those students no willing to exercise.Therefore,this mechanism should be further improved.However,the evaluation on students' aerobics learning is still influenced by traditional system,which fails to reflect the characteristics and features of a erobics itself,and seriously curbs its development in colleges.This study took evaluation on,students' learning of a erobics as the starting point,from cultivating college students' interest in aerobics and enriching their sports culture.From the knowledge point of view,and in order to understand the current situation of the study and evaluation of aerobics optional courses among colleges of Anhui and Southern Anhui Province,it finds out the problems,and the deviations,then put forward countermeasures,so as to further guide the development of Aerobics Teaching reform.In this study,literature,questionnaire,interviews,mathematical statistics and logical analysis were used to study the evaluation of aerobics optional course students in colleges of Southern Anhui Province.Then,according to relevant national policy documents,domestic and foreign evaluation theories,the original evaluation system of colleges,as well as the characteristics of aerobics itself,according to the principles and elements followed by the evaluation,the author readjusts them again,analyses some existing problems,and puts forward measures for improving the evaluation.The purpose is to enrich the theoretical research of learning evaluation in aerobics optional course,and to provide basic information for managers,teachers and students of aerobics optional course.Conclusions of the research are as follows:1.Current situation of study evaluation of aerobics optional course students in colleges of Anhui Province,especially the Southern parts.(1)The content of students' learning evaluation is formulated by the Public Physical Education Research Department of colleges or by teachers themselves,and the revision period is fixed,which can not be adjusted reasonably with the development of aerobics sports;(2)At present,the content of students' learning evaluation of Aerobics optional courses in Colleges and universities in southern Anhui Province involves technical skills and theories.Surveys show that students' technical skills are biased towards aerobics routine learning;(3)learning evaluation criteria are arbitrary,students' learning attitudes,performance during class and interest in aerobics are determined by teachers according to their subjective perception,and they can not get rid of "one size fits all" model.Which,however,is too formal be used in actual implementation;(4)the evaluation methods are mainly quantitative technical evaluation and summative evaluation,and the process of evaluation is not contained in final students' aerobics learning results,just scratch the surface;(5)in the evaluation subject,teachers' evaluation is still the main body,and the subject is not diversified or reflected in the study of aerobics.2.Improving Measures for Student Learning Evaluation of Aerobics Optional Course in Colleges and Universities in Southern Anhui Province(1)In view of the irregularity of the formulation and revision of the learning evaluation system for students of Aerobics optional courses in colleges of Southern Anhui Province,it is proposed that to avoid the incompleteness of one party's formulation and reduce the subjective factors of individuals,the formulation of the school's public physical education research room,aerobics experts and front-line teachers should work together,and multi-person discussion method should be adopted to formulate the system jointly.(2)In the content of evaluation,aerobics teachers should not only require students to learn the routine and simple creation of Aerobics movements,but also incorporate theoretical knowledge,exercise methods and aesthetic ability of Aerobics into the evaluation.They should focus on students' basic quality and ability on innovation.Schools should listen to students' opinions,set up more types of Aerobics students like,and carry out innovative exercises on teaching.(3)Combining diagnostic evaluation,process evaluation and summative evaluation,combining quantitative evaluation with qualitative evaluation,combiningpractical evaluation with theoretical evaluation,highlighting the comprehensiveness,scientificity and objectivity of Aerobics evaluation.Making full use of the network platform,establishing student growth record bags and aerobics network theory learning.Paing attention to process evaluation,keep abreast of students' learning situation,so as to strengthen teachers' teaching,change teaching contents and methods in time,further improve teachers' teaching and improve students' learning efficiency.(4)Adopting diversified evaluation criteria,making full use of individual difference evaluation criteria in Aerobics learning evaluation,not only to evaluate students with a single evaluation criteria,but also to consider students' development and changes in combination with developmental evaluation criteria,so as to constantly motivate students and enhance their self-confidence.(5)Combining teacher evaluation,student self-evaluation and student mutual evaluation,correctly orientating students so that students can get proper learning evaluation,promote students' learning and make students develop in an all-round way.Teachers should give students certain evaluation guidance,and be fairly to evaluate others,develop the habit of thinking,analysis and evaluation,and apply this good habit to other areas of learning.
