On October 8,2019,the ministry of education issued the opinions on deepening the reform of undergraduate education and teaching to comprehensively improve the quality of talent training(jiao gao [2019] no.6),which clearly stated that: to strengthen the assessment of students' physical education courses,those who fail to meet the national standards for students' physical health will not be able to graduate;At the same time,it is required to perfect the academic evaluation system which combines the process assessment with the result assessment.As early as in the "national ordinary college sports curriculum teaching instruction summary" notification(combination of art [2002] no.13)(hereinafter referred to as the outline),and clear requirements of the students' learning achievement evaluation should include physical and motor skills,cognitive,learning attitude and behavior,exchanges and cooperation spirit,affective factors,such as performance,and by way of teachers and students' self-evaluation,mutual evaluation and so on,also to downplay the screening and selection function in the evaluation,strengthen the function of incentive and development,the students' learning progress into the evaluation content.Under the guidance of the program,kunming universities have improved the evaluation of physical education learning,but it is still not comprehensive and systematic.Aerobics option course as a college physical education,and was deeply loved by the masses of students,but also on course evaluation is affected by traditional evaluation ideas,evaluation content is not comprehensive,single assessment main body,so the construction of kunming ordinary university public sports aerobics option course learning evaluation index system of comprehensive,system,scientific evaluation of aerobics option course students learning effect has a certain guiding significance.This study USES the method of literature,questionnaire,Delphi,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis to analyze the status quo of learning evaluation of aerobics optional course in public sports incolleges and universities in kunming,and constructs the learning evaluation index system of aerobics optional course.The study draws the following conclusions:1.Through the investigation,it is found that there are the following problems in the study evaluation of the optional courses of public sports aerobics in colleges and universities in kunming: the evaluation content lays too much emphasis on the assessment of students' physical ability and motor skills,and ignores the examination of students' emotion,communication,cooperation and will;The evaluation method is simple,the evaluation subject is single,the teacher evaluation is the main,ignores the student self-evaluation and the mutual evaluation,overemphasizes the learning result,lacks the effective evaluation to the learning process.2.Combined with the ministry of education issued about the national ordinary higher school physical education curriculum teaching instruction summary ",literature review at home and abroad research,aerobics option course in common colleges and universities in kunming,and the actual situation of learning evaluation,through the Delphi method to carry on the two rounds of consulting expert questionnaire,aerobics option course in common colleges and universities in kunming,the learning evaluation index system of selection and build,eventually build six indicators,15 secondary indicators and 52 tertiary indicators.The six first-level indicators included: students' physical fitness(0.216),sports knowledge(0.132),sports skills(0.216),learning attitude(0.175),emotional performance(0.132)and communication and cooperation(0.129).3.The six dimensions of learning evaluation of the optional course of public sports aerobics in colleges and universities in kunming are composed of 15 secondary indicators,which are: Body form(0.0598),body function(0.0585),physical(0.0976),(0.0457),sports aerobics theory knowledge health care knowledge(0.0421)(0.0442),science fitness knowledge,basic skills(0.1339)(0.0821),the complete set of skills,classroom discipline involved in(0.0576)in(0.0656),the class,extracurricular physical exercise(0.0518),emotional(0.0689),cooperation will quality(0.0631)and(0.07)and(0.059)of cooperation between teachers and students.4.Tertiary evaluation index contains 52 points,respectively,2 2 body shape,body function and physical quality in item 6,4 items of aerobics theoretical knowledge,sports health knowledge in item 2,scientific fitness knowledge,basic skills,paragraphs 3 and 5 sets of skills,4 items of classroom discipline,class participation,paragraphs 3 and extracurricular physical exercise 2,emotional 6,4items of will quality,4 items of the former cooperation,cooperation between teachers and students in item 2.5.According to the weighting coefficient of the three-level evaluation indexes,the evaluation index system evaluation scale of the calisthenics optional courses in colleges and universities of kunming city was finally constructed.In the scale,reference evaluation criteria,evaluation subjects and reference weight values were given at each observation point,and the evaluation contents were scored according to the evaluation criteria.
