On The Evaluation Index System Of Archives Management In Anhui Local Famous Universities

The archives of college records the true appearance and historical process of school development,objectively reflects the various links in school teaching,scientific research and management.It is the important basis and traceability of retrospective school development,and has the important function of preserving the cultural spirit of memory transmission.Therefore,university archives work as the basic work of colleges and universities,the level of their work and the quality of the merits of the quality of work is already a measure of the quality of education and management of colleges and universities an important symbol,therefore,college archives in the long-term development of university status is very important and Irreplaceable.Anhui Province has 109 ordinary colleges,of which 35 undergraduate colleges,13 key undergraduate colleges.Key universities,that is,commonly known as the "one institution",as the province's level of running the top universities,can be the provincial and local government attention and support of the educational resources,as the shining pearl by all sectors of society Of the attention.These colleges and universities archives also occupy the full advantage of the conditions,subject to the supervision of the competent departments of Anhui Province,which must strictly implement the "Higher School File Management" and "Anhui ProvinceHigher School File Management".In order to accurately grasp the characteristics of the management of archives work in an institution,and to comprehensively evaluate the standard management level of archives work in a university,a targeted evaluation index system should be constructed to achieve the purpose of scientific evaluation,rational knowledge and rational planning.Based on this subject,this paper investigates the status of archives management in a university in Anhui Province.On the basis of obtaining sufficient realistic materials,we select reasonable evaluation indexes and set Index system.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the preface,mainly elaborates the research background,the research objective,the domestic and foreign research present situation,the research content,the research mentality and the method as well as the research characteristic and the innovation point.The second part discusses the present situation of the archives work of an institution in Anhui Province.First of all,the research process is expounded,the results of the research are sorted out,and then as the basis of the facts,the achievements and deficiencies of the archives management of an institution in Anhui Province are analyzed in detail.The third part is the analysis of the problem,according to the above part of the Anhui Province,a college archives work standard management deficiencies,rational analysis of the causes of the problems.The fourth part is the construction of evaluation index system.Firstly,it analyzes the necessity of constructing the evaluation index system and expounds the five principles that must be followed to construct the evaluation index system.Next,according to the results of the survey,a reasonable selection of first-level indicators and secondary indicators,set the weight and give the score,refine the score criteria,and ultimately form a complete evaluation index system.The fifth part discusses the implementation suggestions.How to further improve the status quo of archives work and how to guarantee the implementation of evaluation index system from three perspectives.
